Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

A recording pen exchange device such as an XY recorder in which the open end of the pen storage section of the pen station and the open end of the pen support section of the pen carriage are opposed to each other, and the recording pen is delivered by one reciprocating movement of the Ben carriage in the opposite direction. A holding lever for preventing the recording pen body from being pulled out from the open end I during storage recording is attached to the pen storage portion, and the open end of the recording pen body supported by the pen support portion is attached to the pen storage portion. A holding lever is provided to prevent the recording pen from being pulled out, and a holding lever is provided between the holding lever and the holding lever so that when the recording pen is stored, the holding lever pushes the holding lever open to release the binding of the recording pen. The recording/pen exchange device is further provided with an interlocking mechanism in which a holding lever pushes open a holding lever to release the binding of the recording pen when the recording pen is taken out from the pen station.
