    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 排気ガス中のカーボン粒子等の微粒子を捕集するフィル
    タ一部材と、該フィルタ一部材の上流に配設されたフィ
    ルタ一部材の目詰りを解消するバーナ装置と、該バーナ
    装置にエアを供給するエア系と、燃料を供給する燃料系
    とを備えたディーゼルエンジンの排気ガス浄化装置にお
    いて、上記バーナ装置によってフィルタ一部材の加熱後
    、燃料系を遮断した状態でエア系から一定時間エアを供
    給するようエア系および燃料系を制御する制御装置を設
    けたことを特徴とするディーゼルエンジンの排気ガス浄
    化装置。
