[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention relates to a seaweed drying device for a seaweed manufacturing machine, in which the seaweed drying chamber is divided into two upper and lower spaces by a perforated plate such as a wire mesh.
Hot air is sent into each space separately.

Traditionally, seaweed drying equipment has been used to directly load a cage with seaweed spread on an endless chain stretched inside the drying chamber, or to hold it in a holder and load it indirectly, while transporting it inside the drying chamber with the endless chain. Products that perform drying are known.

FIG. 1 shows an example of this, in which a cage M covered with seaweed is loaded onto an endless chain 2 that circulates inside the drying chamber 1, and while blowing hot air from below the drying chamber 1, the cage M is moved into the drying chamber. 1
The seaweed is transported from the upper side to the lower side, and the seaweed is dried in between.

Therefore, in order to obtain high-quality dried seaweed, it is important to apply high-temperature hot air during the early drying period when the moisture content of the seaweed is high, and to apply relatively low-temperature hot air during the late drying period when the moisture content has decreased. be.

However, in the conventional method mentioned above, the hot air is
Since it is sent from below, the high-temperature hot air first hits the late-drying seaweed located below the endless chain 2, and the early-drying seaweed loaded on the top of the endless chain 2 loses its heat. Since the method is exposed to hot air with a lower temperature, it is not possible to obtain high-quality dried seaweed, and the drying efficiency cannot be improved.

Therefore, the present invention was devised in view of these points, and the nori drying room is divided into two spaces (upper and lower) by a perforated plate such as a wire mesh, and a separate combustion device is connected to each space. By doing this, relatively high temperature hot air is sent into the upper space where seaweed with a high moisture content is located in the early drying stage, and relatively high temperature air is sent into the lower space where seaweed with a low water content is located in the late drying stage. This makes it possible to send low-temperature hot air, thereby making it possible to produce high-quality dried seaweed by drying according to the moisture content of the seaweed. The hot air sent into the lower space is then passed through a perforated plate to the upper air. By ventilating the air into the space, drying efficiency is greatly improved.

以下、図面に沿って本考案の実施例の説明を行う。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

This device has the above-mentioned configuration, and the screen M that has passed through the papermaking and removal processes is sent into the drying chamber 3 from the front open part 3' and loaded onto the top of the endless cheno 4. 4 and is conveyed through the drying chamber 3.

In this way, the seaweed m whose moisture content has been reduced by one width in the space A is eventually sent to the space B below the wire mesh 5.

Hot air is sent into this space B from the combustion chamber 62, but the moisture content of the seaweed m located in this space B has already decreased considerably. If high-temperature hot air is applied to this, the seaweed m This will cause cracks.

In addition, since the moisture content of the seaweed m located in space B is low, the hot air sent from the combustion chamber 6□ does not take much heat away from the seaweed m located in space B, has sufficient residual heat, and does not absorb much moisture. The humidity is low and the drying capacity is sufficient.

Since the space is divided into two spaces A and B, separate combustion devices 6□ and 6° are connected to each space A and B, respectively, so that the upper and lower spaces A and B can be heated according to the moisture content of the seaweed in the early and late stages of drying. It is possible to send high-temperature hot air, so it is possible to produce high-quality dry seaweed without cracks or shrinkage, and the hot air that enters the lower space B can be blown through to the upper space A, which has the effect of greatly improving thermal efficiency. be.
