[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is a portable gas stove that uses a small liquefied gas cylinder called a simple stove that can be removably loaded. It was devised to ensure stable combustion over a long period of time by eliminating defects such as poor combustion and extinction caused by uneven gas ejection caused by cooling and inhibiting the vaporization of liquefied gas.

That is, as shown in Figure 1, in this type of gas stove, as the combustion usage time increases, the temperature of the liquefied gas decreases, and the amount of liquefied gas vaporized decreases in proportion to this.

Therefore, with conventional gas stoves, if the tip diameter of the injection nozzle is increased to increase the amount of ejection, the temperature of the liquefied gas will drop even further, making it impossible to make it high in calories, so there is a limit to the amount of boiling. However, it had the disadvantage of not being able to cook large amounts of rice.

1. A burner 2 is provided in the center of the main body of the stove, and a gas cylinder chamber 10 provided on the negative side is provided with a gas cylinder chamber cover 1a having a ventilation hole 1c on the side.
(b) A cock (not shown) is installed in the gas cylinder chamber 10 so that the gas cylinder 3 can be removably loaded therein.

In this gas stove, a metal plate with good thermal conductivity, such as an aluminum plate, is curved so as to be along the body of the gas cylinder, and a ventilation guide piece 4 of an arbitrary shape is integrally extended on one side or both sides. A heat collecting plate 5 is mounted at the lower part of the cylinder storage chamber with a ventilation gap T between it and the bottom part 6 of the main body.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, during combustion, the burner 2 and combustion heat warm the surrounding area, and the air flows upward from below due to the draft effect.

Therefore, the air in the ventilation gap T between the heat collecting plate 5 and the bottom part 6 of the appliance also flows as shown by the arrow.

On the other hand, during this combustion, the liquefied gas itself is cooled by the latent heat of vaporization generated as the liquefied gas is vaporized as described above (
Normally, the temperature drops to around 0°C (4), which significantly inhibits the vaporization of the liquefied gas, but the heat collecting plate 5 attached to the bagasse cylinder 3 of the present invention is also cooled by heat conduction, but it is not permeable through ventilation. Due to the air draft effect from the gap 7, constantly mixed air always flows in through the vent hole 1c of the gas chamber cover 1a, so heat is exchanged by the heat collecting plate 5, preventing radical cooling of the gas cylinder and smoothing the vaporization and release of the liquefied gas. This makes it possible to maintain combustion stability.

In this case, in order to further improve the drafting effect within the ventilation opening T, the size and shape of the ventilation guide piece 4 may be appropriately set.

Further, if the edge of the ventilation guide piece 4 is bent to incline upward as appropriate, the ventilation flow rate will be smoother.

In order to speed up the ventilation flow rate in the ventilation gap 7, as shown in Figure 5, if a heat collection auxiliary plate 8 is provided below the heat collection plate 5 with an appropriate ventilation gap a, the draft effect will be further increased. This improves heat exchange and prevents the temperature from dropping below the temperature of the liquefied gas.Furthermore, if the ventilation opening A of the ventilation gap 7a is formed narrower than the ventilation outlet 8, the ventilation flow rate can be further increased by the Venturi effect. It is.

In addition, as shown in Fig. 6, the back side of the heat collecting plate 5 (the part facing the ventilation hole) is coated with a highly heat-absorbing paint (for example, black or colored paint), or an appropriate material is pasted. By applying a thin film layer 9, the effect of heat exchange can be made more efficient.

As described above, this invention prevents the temperature drop during vaporization of liquefied fuel as much as possible and stabilizes combustion even during long-term use, making it suitable for use with high-calorie burners. This makes it possible to provide a high-calorie portable gas stove that has been considered possible.
