[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a combustion device, especially its humidifying function.
The purpose is to ensure a large amount of humidification regardless of the amount of combustion.

The humidifying function added to conventional combustion equipment is to install a container (humidifying dish) containing water in one combustion chamber or near the heat exchanger, and use a portion of the combustion heat as the latent heat of evaporation of water to evaporate and humidify. Method 2: Suck up water with a suction material into the hot air passage sent out by an indoor air circulation fan (convection fan),
There are methods such as the method of evaporating and transporting water vapor using warm air, and the method of 3) guiding a part of the air sent by the convection fan to the upper part near the humidifying dish to forcibly transport the evaporated water vapor.

In all of these, the amount of water evaporation, that is, the amount of humidification, is controlled only by the amount of combustion heat supplied.

Therefore, a large amount of humidification can be obtained during strong twist firing, but
During weak combustion, only a small amount of humidification could be obtained, and the required amount could not always be met.

Furthermore, as described above, the amount of humidification is controlled by the heat of combustion, so it is not possible to adjust the amount of humidification, and it is not possible to obtain a desired amount of humidification regardless of the type of combustion.

A damper 14 is provided downstream of the connection portion of the blower pipe 5 with the bypass pipe 13 as a first air amount adjusting means, while a damper 15 for humidification amount adjustment is provided in the bypass pipe 13 as a second air amount adjusting means. is provided.

In the above configuration, the water surface 9 heated by heat transfer from the heat exchanger 7 raises the temperature of the built-in water and generates water vapor.

The generated water vapor is released from the water vapor outlet 10, carried out by the air flowing through the bypass pipe 13, and supplied to the outside from the water vapor outlet 12.

Here, during strong twist firing, the amount of heating of the water surface 9 is large, and the generation of water vapor increases in accordance with the amount of heating, so that a large amount of humidification can be ensured.

On the other hand, during combustion, the damper 14 is closed to reduce the amount of combustion air, but since the amount of air supplied by the air supply fan (not shown) is approximately constant at this time, the bypass pipe 13
The amount of air flowing through the area increases.

Therefore, the flow rate of air flowing perpendicularly to the water vapor outlet 10 increases, creating a large vacuum in the water vapor outlet 10.

Therefore, although the amount of heating of the water surface 9 is small, the amount of water vapor generated and carried out is accelerated by the above-mentioned pressure reduction effect, and a large amount of humidification can be obtained.

Therefore, it is possible to always ensure sufficient humidification capacity regardless of the amount of combustion.

Further, the temperature of the air flowing through the bypass pipe 13 is at room temperature or a relatively low temperature close to this, and when it comes into contact with the water vapor discharged from the water vapor discharge port 10, a part of the water vapor is condensed into fine water droplets.

Therefore, when the water vapor exits from the water vapor outlet 12, it becomes visible water vapor (water droplets) in the form of mist, and the amount of humidification can be visually observed, which can be used as a guide for adjusting the amount of humidification.

Furthermore, if a humidification amount adjusting damper 15 that can change the amount of air flowing through the bypass pipe 13 is provided in the middle of the bypass pipe 13, the amount of air flowing near the water vapor outlet 10 can be varied.

このため、水蒸気の搬出量を可変することができるから
燃焼量の如何に拘らず任意の加湿量を得ることができる
Therefore, since the amount of water vapor carried out can be varied, an arbitrary amount of humidification can be obtained regardless of the amount of combustion.

Further, a rectification chamber 11 is provided above the water surface 9, and the cross-sectional area of the rectification chamber 11 gradually increases from the vicinity of the water vapor discharge port 10 toward the downstream, so that the air flowing in from the bypass pipe 13 is absorbed by the water vapor due to the Venturi effect. A large reduced pressure is generated near the discharge port 10, and the steam supply capacity during weak combustion is further increased sufficiently.

The present invention includes a burner having a large number of air holes in a side wall, a burner case covering the burner, a combustion chamber connected to the burner, and a heat exchanger connected to the combustion chamber. A forced air supply fan is connected to the case, and a first air amount adjusting means is provided in the air supply path between the air supply fan and the burner case, and at least one of the combustion chamber or the heat exchanger is connected to the case. A water surface for steam generation is provided close to either side, and a bypass pipe is connected from the air supply path between the air supply fan and the first air amount adjusting means to the vicinity of the steam release port of this water surface. Because of this, when the amount of combustion is large, a sufficient amount of water can be evaporated from the water surface by the heat, and when the amount of combustion is small, the first air amount adjusting means is throttled to remove water from the bypass pipe to the water surface. The amount of air directed toward the combustion chamber increases, and the venturi effect of this air makes it possible to evaporate a sufficient amount of water, which means that sufficient humidification can be achieved regardless of the amount of combustion.
