７は排出孔、３０は端面側シール機構である。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数の軸受内輪４と軸受外輪５との組を軸方向に配列し
    てあって、しかも、保持器Ｒを内蔵する、多列円すいこ
    ろ軸受において、軸方向外側の前記外輪５端面部に、該
    端面と密着してインロウ結合されており、かつ、ハウジ
    ング１とのはめ合い面、　　　が弾性Ｏリング２によっ
    てシールされたシール保持環１２を設けることにより、
    前記外輪５の軸方向幅を実質的に伸長させ、また、前記
    内輪４の小鍔４ｂ側端部を、前記外輪５の軌道面５ａの
    端縁５ｂよりも軸方向に突出させ、しかも、前記小鍔４
    ｂの外径よりも小径に形成した、内輪４と一体の外側環
    部４ａの外周面に、前記シール保持環１２に保持された
    接触形のシール体１４を摺接させて、外輪５と内輪４お
    よびハウジング１との間をシールする内部シール機構２
    ０と、これよりも軸方向に離れたハウジング１の両端面
    側に設けた任意構成の端面側シール機構３０と、前記内
    輪４どうしの軸方向対向部４Ｃで軸受内部を軸体４１側
    からシールするための中間部シール部材４２と、前記端
    面側シール機構３０と前記内部シール機構２０との間に
    形成される空間部２５と、この空間部２０の下側に開設
    した排出孔２７とを、配置し　　　゛てなる、圧延機に
    おける多列円すいころ軸受のシール装置。
