第１図は第１実施例でこの考案の軸受を用いた装置の一
部を示す要部断面図、第２図は第１図における内部シニ
ル体の周辺の拡大図、第３図は第２実施例で、前記第２
図相当図である。 実施例符号中、１は内輪、２は外輪、３は円すいころ、
４は外輪間座、５は外部シール体、６は内部シール体、
７は供給孔、１４．６３は通路、１３は外周溝、９は内
輪間座である。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）外方軌道を有する複数個の内輪と、前記内輪の外
    方軌道と対向する内方軌道を有す複数個の外輪を備え、
    かつ、前記外輪の両端に保持された外部シール部材によ
    って内輪との間が密封されており、しかも、前記内輪は
    、その端面が互に直接つき合わされているか、あるいは
    内輪間座を介して軸方向に配列されており、かつ、軸に
    対し比較的ゆるくはめあわされる形式のロールネック用
    密封形多列ころ軸受において、前記内輪のつき合わせ部
    の外周面または内輪間座の外周面には、軸方向で互に対
    向する側壁を有する外周溝を備え、該外周溝は、半径方
    向の通路を介して前記外周溝と対応する内周面とつなが
    っており、また前記外周溝と対応する外輪側には、内周
    に相互に対応するように配設されたリップを有する内部
    シール体を備え、該内部シール体のリップは、それぞれ
    前記外周溝の側壁と対向して外周溝内に没入しており、
    かつ、前記両リップ間の空間部に軸受外部と連通した通
    路を開口せしめ、軸受外部より供給された潤滑剤が、前
    記各通路を通り内輪の内周面に供給されるようになって
    いることを特徴としたロールネック用密封形多列ころ軸
    受。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項において、外周溝
    の両側壁がハの字状のテーパ面となっているロールネッ
    ク用密封形多列ころ軸受。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項または第２項のい
    ずれかにおいて、外周溝と該外周溝と対応する内周面と
    つながった通路内にベントを有するロールネック用密封
    形多列ころ軸受。
