【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はメッキ、アルマイト及び塗装等の表面処理装置
における乾燥炉に関する。

ることにより、炉内温度の低下及び炉内温度分布不均一
等によって被処理物に悪影響を与えるのみならず、乾燥
用熱風に用いられる熱エネルギー、即ち重油、軽油、ガ
ス及び電気等の莫大な損失となる欠点があった。

本考案はかかる不具合を改善することを目的とし、自動

って水平方向に噴出させて炉内を炉外から遮断する事に
より、前記各自動開閉蓋の開放時における炉内熱エネル
ギーの損失防止並びに被処理物乾燥時における炉内温度
分布の均一化を計る様にしたものである。

出側エアシリンダ11を作動し、これにより搬出側開閉
蓋7を閉じさせると共に搬出側の送風機13への通電を
止めてその回転を停止させ、吹出口17からの熱風噴出
も止める。

所定乾燥終了後の被処理物搬出直前に開き始め、搬出し
終った時点で閉じさせる自動開閉手段10.11を有す
る乾燥炉において、前記被処理物3の搬入口4と搬出口
5の各側方に位置する炉本体に、前記搬入口搬出口の直
下部分に対し夫々開口して設けられた吹出口15,17
と、作動時において炉内熱風を前記各吹出口15,17
から開口時の搬入口4搬出口5の直下部に対し水平方向
へ噴出し、搬入口搬出口の下方全面を遮断する送風機と
を有しなることを特徴とする。
