Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain readily a fiber reinforced resin pipe with a constricted section, by forming reinforcing fibers into a stretchable cylindrical reinforcing member, mounting it on an inner mold, stretching it longitudinally so as to bring it in firm contact with the outer circumferential surface of the inner mold, putting it on an outer mold and injecting a resin between the molds. CONSTITUTION:Fibers such as glass fibers, polyfluorocarbon fibers, etc. are knitted in the rub knitting manner into the cylindrical reinforcing member 1. After the member 1 is mounted on the inner mold 5 having a small diameter section 2, a large diameter section 3 and a tapered section 4, the member 1 is stretched longitudinally so that the member 1 is brought in firm contact with the outer circumference of the inner mold 5. Then they are inserted into the outer mold 6, and a resin is injected in the cavity 7 defined between the molds. After the hardening of the resin, the outer and inner molds 6, 4 are removed to obtain the fiber reinforced resin item 12.

Conventional technology? Conventionally, when manufacturing cylindrical resin molded products suitable for fuse tubes, etc., a non-woven reinforcing part made of Galanu fiber was soaked in a synthetic resin such as epoxy resin and then wrapped around a mold to form the product. Methods have been proposed in which a filament made of glass fiber is immersed in a synthetic resin, wound around a mold several times, and then molded and solidified.

However, with the former method, there is no problem if the molded product has the same diameter in the longitudinal direction of the pipe-shaped strand, but when manufacturing a molded product with a small diameter part and a large diameter part in the longitudinal direction, d
Is it difficult to use the latter method because it involves wrapping the filletant around the mold several times? The time between windings is longer and the overall manufacturing time is also longer.
,""II"'1 The purpose of this invention is to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks1'L"c11111"" Also when manufacturing molded metal parts in the shape of a vibrator, it is also possible to solve the problems described above. Do you manufacture molded products with smaller diameter parts? It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a molded product of one shape and one finger, which can be easily carried out even in various cases.

As described in detail in "Effects" (2), this invention has elasticity by knitting fibers such as glass fibers and polyfluorocarbon fibers, and the reinforcing part A, which is formed in a cylindrical shape, is attached to the outer periphery of the inner mold. The outer mold and the inner mold are placed so as to cover the inner mold, and are then stretched along the longitudinal direction of the inner mold to tightly contact the outer periphery of the inner mold, and are then arranged to cover the outside of the inner mold. i. ri is filled with synthetic resin so as to fill the reinforcing part (7), and by assimilation molding, it is also possible to make a pipe-shaped molded product by separating the small diameter part and the large diameter part in the longitudinal direction. This is an excellent invention because it can be easily manufactured even when producing a molded product that can be swollen.
