DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Objective of the Invention) The present invention is a method for connecting connecting threads having a melting temperature lower than the drying temperature of a dryer to the surface of undried small mountain veneer containing a large amount of water. The adhesive is bonded with an adhesive whose melting temperature is higher than that of the yarn, and in the final stage of the subsequent drying process, the connecting yarn and adhesive are brought to a temperature that reaches the drying temperature of the veneer. This relates to horizontally spun raw veneer as a product.

Traditionally, horizontally spun raw veneers as a product of Akono Type 4 are, for example, horizontally spliced raw veneers produced by the horizontal splicing method of Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 55=132201, etc. When the middle board is dried in the later drying process, the individual first-grade veneers will suffer from cracking during the drying process, and the bells and fragile parts will be missing, or due to average drying shrinkage. When the cutting boat got loose, material defects such as gaps were created in the abutment areas of the Japanese tiles, which had to be re-repaired. If one of the threads in the veneer breaks down and you try to cut and remove the defective part by hanging it again on a cross-cutting machine for drying drawers, the veneer will break but the joining threads will not, and therefore the chips that should be removed will actually be removed. There was a serious merger that could not be removed.

The present invention fully understands the fact that material defects occur after drying, which is peculiar to the above-mentioned side-splitting green veneers. At first, individual first-grade green veneers are connected together and sent to a dryer. It is possible to increase the initial workability and filling efficiency to 1-1, and by finally releasing the connection, it can be used as an intermediate product that can eliminate the negative impact on the horizontal stripping work for subsequent re-repair. The aim is to provide a new side-splitting green veneer that can be used in two ways: joining and unjoining.

(Structure of the Invention) The structure of the invention will be explained according to the drawing T-+1 of the present invention. The structure is as follows. Multi-woven small cloth cloth sheets 1 are continuously arranged in a direction perpendicular to the fiber direction ρ. In the horizontally spun raw veneer 4 to which a plurality of rows of connecting threads 2 are attached in the arrangement direction with adhesive B, the connecting threads 2 are dried at a drying temperature of a dryer, for example, around 180C. A yarn spun from a synthetic resin or the like having a melting temperature sufficiently lower than the above temperature, for example, 10
A connecting yarn 2 made of yarn spun from propylene or the like that can be melted at about 0 to 120 C is used, and the twisted adhesive has a melting temperature sufficiently lower than the melting temperature of the connecting yarn 20. Using an adhesive 6 made of a glue such as a synthetic resin, for example, an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin (EVA) that can be melted at 60 to 80 C, the bonded state is initially taken, and the bonded state is finally formed. This is a side-splitting green veneer 4 in a released state as an intermediate heating process.

The state of joining and unjoining of the horizontally spun green veneers 4 is gradually determined by the temperature of the veneer material when the joining threads 2 and adhesive 6 reach a drying temperature in the dryer oven during the drying operation in the dryer in the later stage. Since it will be melt-cut, the initial connection state will gradually change! ! The connecting threads 2 and the adhesive 6 are first put in a dryer to dry the veneer 6 and then return it to the individual small pile dried veneer 6 which is then supplied to the subsequent repair process. It only functions to improve the insertion workability and filling efficiency when inserting the plate 1.

It should be noted that the individual small and medium-sized raw veneers 1 constituting the side-splitting raw veneer 4 as an intermediate product shown in the figure are rough force two veneers that are cut with some defective parts 5 remaining at the front and rear. It goes without saying that it would not be possible to construct this with a normal cut veneer that was cut without cutting the defective part 5.

(Effects of the Invention) As mentioned above, the cross-splitting raw veneer 4 of the present invention 4 has connecting threads on its surface that have a melting temperature that is sufficiently higher than the drying temperature of the dryer, and is bonded with a melting temperature that is higher than the drying temperature of the dryer. Since the scales are attached by Agent 3 and connected in the form of a blind, it goes without saying that the scales can be inserted into the dryer in the same way as conventional single-bud scales, and the workability and filling efficiency are far superior. At the final stage of drying with a dryer, the connecting threads 2 and adhesive 6 are melted by the drying temperature and re-dissolved into individual veneer veneers. from. Even when re-repairing the critical defects of horizontally spliced raw single-strength 4 that occurred during the drying process, there is no problem at all due to the remaining connecting threads 2 stuck to the surface.Drying for re-repair For the first time, we have been able to provide horizontally spliced raw veneer as a new intermediate product that can be used in two modes, connected and uncoupled, to safely carry out cutting operations using a cross-splitting machine for veneers.Remarkable implementation effects This is a great invention.
