Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with improved hand-cutting property, and more particularly, a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with improved hand-cutting property, which is suitable for tape-sealing a sheet for sealing a package, protecting equipment, partitioning a building, and the like. About.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, sheets made of thermoplastic resin such as vinyl chloride, polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, etc. are flexible, elastic, heat-insulating and transparent, so they can be used for packaging, equipment, and building. It is widely used for protection of objects, dust prevention, partitioning, etc.
[0003]
However, these thermoplastic resin sheets have a low tensile strength because of their flexibility, and are easily stretched when a tensile force is applied, thereby causing a problem of impairing the appearance. When fixing, it is not preferable to use a local fixing method such as a string or a nail, and it is necessary to adhere and fix on a wide surface. In general, a tape using an adhesive tape coated with an adhesive on one or both surfaces of a sheet is used. Stopping is being done.
[0004]
However, when a used thermoplastic resin sheet is recovered and regenerated, it is practically difficult to separate and remove the sheet and the adhesive tape used for fixing the tape. Although a tape accompanies, when a different material such as paper is used as a base material of the adhesive tape, there is a problem that it is difficult to reproduce the sheet. For this reason, it is desirable to manufacture the base material of the adhesive tape using the same thermoplastic resin as the sheet.
[0005]
However, when the thermoplastic resin film is used as the base material of the adhesive tape, since the thermoplastic resin film is soft and stretches when a tensile force acts, when the film is torn by hand, the stress is not concentrated, and the film is torn. It is not practical as a tape for stopping the sheet because it is difficult to make a trigger opening and the hand-cutting property is poor.
[0006]
In order to prevent elongation of the film, a reinforced tape is generally used by laminating a cloth-like body formed by using a linear body obtained by uniaxially stretching a thermoplastic resin on a thermoplastic resin film. The uniaxially stretched striated body has high strength, and it is difficult to cut by hand. When the striated body is torn by hand, the striated body protrudes from the cut surface, and irregularities or whiskers are generated on the cut surface. There was a problem (Patent Document 1).
[0007]
As a method for obtaining an adhesive tape with good hand-cutting properties, it has been proposed to use a polyolefin-added polyolefin for the warp of a cloth-like body forming a base material (Patent Document 2).
[0008]
However, polystyrene has poor affinity for polyolefins, etc., so polystyrene has poor dispersibility and coarse particles are generated, the surface of the striatum is roughened, the appearance of the cloth is deteriorated, and the quality and performance are unstable. Problem.
[0009]
For this reason, there is a demand for the development of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having excellent tensile strength and hand-cutting properties and a clean cut surface.

[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made as a result of intensive studies to solve the above-described problems, and specifically, is a single-sided cloth-like body formed by intersecting filaments obtained by uniaxially stretching a thermoplastic resin. Alternatively, on a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet formed by laminating a thermoplastic resin film on both sides to form a laminated sheet, and forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on at least one side of the laminated sheet, at least the warp of the cloth-like body has an olefin-based heavyweight. It is an object of the present invention to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with improved hand-cutting property, characterized in that a composite resin obtained by impregnating a coalesced with a vinyl monomer and polymerizing it is formed of a finely dispersed thermoplastic resin.
[0013]
Further, the present invention provides an adhesive sheet with improved hand-cutting property, wherein the linear body forming the cloth body and the thermoplastic resin film are both made of an olefin polymer, and the cloth body is a tape-shaped linear body. Adhesive sheet with improved hand-cutting property, obtained by knitting or knitting, a cloth-like body is formed by arranging tape-like filaments in one direction and another tape-like wire on it A pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having improved hand-cutting properties, which is a cross-bonded cloth obtained by arranging the strips so as to intersect and joining the intersections, and a cloth-like body woven from a tape-like linear body Made of cloth or cross-bonded fabric, formed so that the fineness of the warp is 50 to 250 dt, the fineness of the weft is 200 to 400 dt, the fineness of the warp is lower than the fineness of the weft, and the number of driven warps is larger than the number of driven wefts. Improve the above-mentioned hand cutability There is provided a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet.
[0014]
Furthermore, the present invention provides the above-described hand-cut, wherein the cloth-like body is formed of a tape-like linear body, and at least a part of the linear body constituting the warp is woven in a state in which a plurality of linear bodies are overlapped. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having improved properties, the cloth-like body is formed of a tape-like linear body, and at least a part of the linear body constituting the warp is woven so as to have an overlap so as to form a plurality of layers. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet with improved hand-cutting property, a film made of a thermoplastic resin is laminated on one or both sides of the cloth body via an adhesive layer, and the above-mentioned hand-cutting property obtained by forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the laminated film. It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet in which a metal foil is laminated on at least one side of a film made of a thermoplastic resin and has improved hand-cutting properties.

[0062]
The alkyl group preferably has about 4 to 12 carbon atoms. Specifically, n-butyl (meth) acrylate, isobutyl (meth) acrylate, n-octyl (meth) acrylate, isooctyl (meth) acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl ( Examples thereof include (meth) acrylate and isononyl (meth) acrylate, with n-butyl acrylate and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate being particularly preferred.

Of these carboxyl group-containing radically polymerizable monomers, acrylic acid and methacrylic acid are preferably used. The carboxyl group-containing polymerizable monomer is desirably about 1 to 20% by weight of the whole monomer.
[0064]
In the acrylic resin-based pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the present invention, a small amount of a modifying component monomer may be copolymerized for the purpose of adjusting the glass transition temperature, the polarity, and the like.
