[Detailed explanation of the invention] This invention is based on the idea that when the filling chamber provided around the room is filled with heat-insulating pellets, the heat-insulating action of the heat-insulating pellets keeps the room at a predetermined temperature even at night when the outside air is cold. In addition, during the day when the sun's heat is intense, the heat insulating pellets filled in the filling chamber are quickly discharged to allow sunlight to pass into the room through the translucent double wall. The present invention relates to a ventilation device that can facilitate the installation of exhaust windows and ventilation windows to ensure good indoor ventilation even in a pellet house where the indoor temperature is increased by the absorption of solar heat.

Conventionally, a chamber is formed by extending a light-transmitting outer wall and a light-transmitting inner wall so that a filling chamber is formed between the walls, and the filling chamber is filled with heat-insulating pellets. The insulation effect keeps the room at a specified temperature even at night when the outside air is cold, and during the day when the sun's heat is strong, the insulating pellets are discharged from the filling chamber, allowing sunlight to pass through the translucent double wall. Pellet houses that promote the growth of plants housed indoors by allowing solar heat to pass through the room and raising the indoor temperature by absorbing solar heat were published before this application, for example, in 1973-25.
It is publicly known as described in Japanese Utility Model No. 850 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 44-18434, respectively.

By the way, in conventional pellet houses of this kind, the translucent inner and outer walls for forming the chambers were both made of translucent synthetic resin or glass, so there were many Even if you try to improve indoor ventilation by installing ventilation windows, the material of the translucent outer wall and translucent inner wall is weak, making it impossible to easily install a ventilation window with a frame. When ventilation windows are installed across both the outer and inner walls, the heat insulating pellets filled in the filling chamber may be drawn to the window frame of the ventilation window and accumulate, causing the heat insulating pellets to remain in the filling chamber without being discharged. This has the disadvantage of blocking the incidence of sunlight during the day and reducing the effect of increasing indoor temperature.

Therefore, in order to solve the drawbacks of the above-mentioned well-known bellet noheus, the present invention has been developed by continuously disposing a corrugated partition plate at the lower part of the filling chamber formed between the translucent outer wall and the translucent inner wall. A flat funnel part that communicates with the common conveyance tube is provided, and ventilation windows are opened in the outer wall and inner wall between the flat funnel parts,
This ventilation window can be opened and closed with a lid that can be opened and closed, making it easy and durable to open and close a large number of ventilation windows even when the room is made of translucent outer and inner walls made of weak materials. This is not a scam that effectively achieves good indoor ventilation through the action of the ventilation windows installed at the top of the room, but even if a large number of ventilation windows are installed, the air will not be filled into the room. The object of the present invention is to provide a ventilation system for a pellet house, which allows the heat-insulating pellets to be quickly discharged without remaining in the ventilation window installation position during discharge, thereby further improving the effective use of solar heat.

In view of the above, and in order to achieve the above object, the present invention has a structure in which a transparent outer wall and a transparent inner wall are stretched around the walls so that a filling chamber is formed between the walls, and a chamber is formed inside. An exhaust window is provided above the iron car, and a corrugated partition wall is continuously provided at the lower part of the filling chamber, and a flat funnel part whose lower end communicates with the common conveying cylinder is continuously provided, and Ventilation windows are opened in the outer and inner walls between the funnel parts, and the ventilation windows are opened and closed by cover plates that can be opened and closed.

In addition, when it is desired to keep the temperature inside the room 1 at a predetermined temperature without dropping even at night when the outside air is cold, the heat insulating pellets) A are pneumatically transported into the loading tube 5 and then fed through the multiple loading holes 6. When it is ejected into the filling chamber 4, the filling chamber 4 is filled with the heat-insulating pellets A, and the heat-insulating action of the heat-insulating pellets A keeps the inside of the chamber 1 warm.

In short, since the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration,
During the day when the sun's heat is intense, the temperature inside the chamber 1 can be easily raised by absorbing the transmitted solar heat, and at night when the outside air is cold, the filling chamber 4 is filled with heat-insulating pellets (A). Even in a pellet house where the indoor temperature can be maintained at a constant temperature without lowering the indoor temperature due to insulation, a large number of ventilation windows 11 can be used to let fresh outside air into the room 1 without wasting any waste. The large area of the filling room 4 allows good ventilation work to be carried out at any time.
When the heat insulating pellets (A) A filled inside are discharged, they are discharged through a large number of flat funnel parts 8 and 8 formed by the arrangement of the corrugated partition wall 7.
This has the effect of being able to quickly discharge all of the waste while collecting it without causing any residual phenomena.
