Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the fitting characteristic of a floor carpet by thermally welding in an integrated form, a rear heater duct having a fabric material on the surface thereof and the floor carpet having a thermally fusible packing material on the rear face. CONSTITUTION:A fabric material 21 is fit on the surface 20 of a rear heater duct 3 in the area where the duct touches a floor carpet 12, while the floor carpet 12 is made of a thermally fusible packing material 14. Both the rear heater duct 3 and the floor carpet 12 are disposed in the shaping mold of the carpet 12 and the packing material 14 and the fabric material 21 are thermally welded to each other in the integrated form in advance at the same time when the floor carpet 12 is shaped. The floor carpet 12 and the rear heater duct 3 which are integrally formed in advance are disposed on the floor panel 1 to cover it and the floor carpet 12 is then properly stuck to the panel 1.

However, in such a conventional floor trim structure, the rear heater duct 3 and 7 carpet 12
is formed separately, and the rear heater duct 3 is connected to the floor panel 1.
After the upper K is fixed, . Since the floor carpet 12 was fixed to the floor panel 1 by the installation armor φ, errors were likely to occur in the shape of the weave between the rear heater duct 5 and the floor carpet 12, and the rear heater duct. Is there an error in the mounting position between 3, floor man 1, and bed 12? If errors occur in the shapes and mounting positions of the rear heater duct 3 and the floor carpet 12, the floor panel 1, especially the tunnel section 2. , between the tank heater duct 3, between the tank heater duct 3 and the fuselage carpet 712, etc. This causes the floor carpet 12 to have poor fitting properties, causing wrinkles and grooves on the surface of the floor carpet 12.

Jin's invention was made by focusing on these conventional problems, and it eliminates errors in the shape and mounting position of the rear heater duct and 74 bed, and improves the fitability of the floor carpet. The purpose is to improve the appearance and quality, while also being easy to install. ′? Specifically, the 7 lower trim structure i of this invention has 7 on the surface.
A low-heater duct having a fabric material and a floor carpet having a heat-melting packing material on the back side are thermally fused and integrated through the fabric material and packing material when forming the floor carpet. What are the problems with the above conventional structure and structure? Solve the original ÷ one mouse.

One of the best fabric materials 21 is Nitsu. In addition, it is necessary to use a material that can be easily combined with the binding material 14, such as non-woven fabric or flocked material. Can I hire you? Ru? . And 1.7A7”IJ7?O,1O,N1,Yah'=pyct3 and heat-melting packing material 1
4 is placed in the mold 22 for the floor car carpet 12, and then At the same time as the acarpet 12 is formed, the packing material 14 and the adhesive are formed. Combine it with Tsuku i21 to make humiliation 4 lower body. In this case, the mold 22 is a fluid. Shape of Acarbait 12 and Ichirya'itaduct 3. It is made to be suitable for the first molding! Warm 2
2 to 1. In the winter, the floor carpet 12 is heated before the press RJ, and the packing material 1 is
4 is in a molten state, and the press material 14 in the molten state is pressed down to 77 degrees during pressing. It is in a state where it has melted into the material 21, and after cooling and hardening, the bag/g #14. ! : The Iaprimac wood 21 is combined and temporarily suspended. Here, the reason why the floor carpet 12 and the heater duct 6 are connected and integrated is by using the mold 2.
This is because even though the packing material 14 is in a molten state during the pressing in step 2, the rear heater duct 6 is not warmed - and the surface 20 of the rear heater duct 60 is smooth and difficult to bond. Note that the packing material 14 is further lined with an under cushion material 15, but since a corresponding portion of the rear heater duct 6 has been cut off from this under cushion material 15 in advance, the packing material 14 and the 7 applicator material 21 are lined with each other.
There is no effect on the combination. Ma. Lyajita duct 6
The front end 4 of is fitted into the connection port 7 of the heater unit B,
Further, the rear end portion 8 is inserted into the through hole 10 of the second tooth member 90, and the fabric material 21 is set short in advance at these portions to prevent the rear heater duct 3 and the floor carpet 12 from joining. After molding the floor carpet 12, the front end 4 is exposed by cutting off the floor carpet 12 covering the front end 4, and the second cross member 9 is covered at the rear end 8 without removing the lower carpet 12. I'm trying to make it easier. Then, by installing the floor carpet 12 and the rear heater duct 6 integrated in advance in this way on the floor panel 1 and covering the floor panel 1, if the floor carpet 12 is properly fixed, the 7 lower carpets 1 and 12 can be assembled. and llahita duct 6
Since it is pre-integrated with the carpet, there will be no errors in shape, installation, etc., ensuring a reliable floor carpet.
2 can be installed.

During this installation, the front end 4 and rear end 8 of the rear heater duct 3 are connected to the connection port 7 of the heater unit B, respectively.
By simply connecting it to the shell through hole 10 of the second cross member 9, the installation to the floor spring/I/1 can be omitted, making the work easier.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the structure is such that the rear heater duct having the seven-layer fabric material on the surface and the floor carpet having the heat-melting packing material on the back surface are combined into 77 Since the rear heater duct and floor carpet are heat-sealed and integrated through plink material and packing material, there is no error in the shape or installation position of the rear heater duct and floor carpet, and the rear heater duct and floor carpet can be reliably connected. As a result, the fitting properties of the floor carpet are improved, eliminating wrinkles and grooves on the surface of the floor carpet, improving the appearance and quality. This has the effect of reducing the number of parts and the number of installation steps.
