DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a steam cleaning device, and although there have been various types of conventional steam cleaning devices, all of them are insufficient in preventing the generated steam from diffusing into the atmosphere. However, this method has the disadvantage that the cleaning liquid is wasted, which is uneconomical, and also tends to cause pollution.

Furthermore, in order to prevent the cleaning vapor from dispersing into the atmosphere, many steps and complicated mechanisms are required, making the device large and expensive. The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, uses a simple mechanism to reliably prevent cleaning vapor from dispersing into the atmosphere10, and also allows drying of the items to be cleaned at the same time. One embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a cleaning chamber for the object to be cleaned 3 formed in the center of the main body 2 of the apparatus, the upper end of which can be sealed with a lid 4, and the outer peripheral position of the cleaning chamber 1. An endless steam passage 6 is formed whose upper end 15 is sealed by a top plate 5, and cleaning is carried out through a communication part 8 formed as an opening between the lower end of the steam passage 6 and the bottom wall 7 of the main body 2 of the apparatus. The chamber 1 and the steam passage 6 are communicated with each other.

10 is a steam generator in which a steam outlet 11 is connected to a part of this steam passage 6, and the cleaning liquid 12 is heated by a heater 13.
The steam is heated to generate steam, and the steam is introduced into the steam passage 6 from the steam outlet pipe 14 through the steam outlet 11.

Reference numeral 15 denotes a cooling body located in a part of this steam passage 6, which is formed by a cooling coil 25 through which cold water is passed.
The steam passage 6 is operated by the fan 16 formed in a part of the steam passage 6.
A gas flow is circulated within the cooling body 15 to generate steam.
The steam in the steam passage 6 and the washing chamber 1 can be dissipated by being circulated and condensed.

Reference numeral 17 denotes a heat sensor having a sensing portion 18 inserted above the 30 objects 3 to be washed in the washing chamber 1, which operates the fan 16 by sensing a rise in heat due to sufficient steam adhesion to the objects 3 to be washed. Then, a circulating flow is generated in the steam passage 6, and the cleaning steam in the cleaning chamber 1 is sucked into the cooling body 15 and condensed, thereby eliminating the 35 steam in the cleaning chamber 1 and drying the object 3 to be cleaned. It is something that can be done.

The fan 16 is also connected to an electric circuit such as a limit switch and operates when the lid 4 is opened, and is stopped when the lid 4 is closed. A drain 20 connects the bottom of the main body 2 and the steam generator 10.

In the structure configured as described above, the object to be washed 3 is placed in the washing chamber 1.
When the lid body 4 is sealed, the steam generated by the steam generator 10 flows into the steam passage 6 from the steam outlet 11,
It descends due to its own weight and flows into the washing chamber 1 through the communication section 8.

Since steam is continuously introduced into the washing chamber 1, the steam is pushed upward and comes into contact with the object 3 to be washed. Since the object 3 to be washed has a width lower than that of the steam outside the washing chamber 1, the washing steam condenses and adheres to the object 3 to be washed, thereby performing steam cleaning. When this steam cleaning is carried out sufficiently, the temperature of the object 3 to be washed increases and steam no longer adheres to it, so that the steam passes through the object 3 to be washed and rises, raising the temperature in the cleaning chamber 1. The sensing part 18 of the heat sensor 17 detects this temperature rise, and the fan 16
is activated, flow occurs in the steam passage 6, the steam in the steam passage 6 and the cleaning chamber 1 circulates in the cooling body 15, and is condensed and liquefied, and the steam in the cleaning chamber 1 disappears, so that the object 3 to be cleaned is After drying, the object 3 to be washed is in a dry state when taken out from the washing chamber 1 after a certain period of time has elapsed. Even when the fan 16 is operated, cleaning steam flows into the steam passage 6, but if the condensing capacity of the cooling body 15 is made larger than the amount of steam generated, the generated steam will disappear at least within the main body 2, and The steam in the cleaning chamber 1 is also sucked in with the gas flow in the steam passage 6, so that the steam does not flow into the cleaning chamber 1. In addition, when the condensing capacity of the cooling body 15 is made small, the fan 16 may be operated in conjunction with the heat detection by the heat sensor 17, and the steam outlet 11 may be closed. If a cooling body with high cooling capacity is used, the object to be washed 3 can be dried even more quickly. In addition, the steam passage 6 through which the steam flows is formed in an endless shape so that the steam can be circulated, and the steam that cannot be condensed by contacting the cooling body 15 once is circulated as many times as possible to completely remove the steam. It enables condensation and reliably prevents solvent vapor from diffusing into the atmosphere. If the heat sensor 17 is not provided, the fan 16 may be activated automatically or manually at a certain time after the start of steam cleaning. As described above, the present invention reliably prevents cleaning steam from flowing out of the apparatus, prevents pollution caused by diffusion into the atmosphere, and wasteful loss of cleaning liquid, and also dries objects to be cleaned after steam cleaning is completed. This can be done automatically and allows quick cleaning and drying work.
