本考案は洗浄液を用いて洗浄した、被洗浄物の
乾燥装置に係るもので、特にモーターのコア、焼
結金属製品、ラジエーター等の洗浄液が多量に付
着している被洗浄物の洗浄に於いて好適なもので

に害の無い被洗浄物の乾燥作業を可能にするとと
もにこの乾燥作業を効率的に行なうことを目的と

上述のごとく構成したものに於いて、前工程で

流入する外気により、予備乾燥した後、乾燥槽に
挿入し、加熱機構により加熱すれ、被洗浄物に付
着した洗浄液は気化蒸発し、被洗浄物は乾燥され
る。この状態で乾燥槽内が、排気管とのみ接続さ
れていれば、気化ガスは排出管に流入し、冷却フ
アンによつて冷却され、凝縮液化し洗浄液として

本考案は上述の如き欠点を除去したものであつ
て、以下その一実施例を図面に於いて説明すれ
ば、1は上端の開口部2を開閉自在の蓋体3で被
覆した乾燥槽で、赤外線ランプ、加熱ヒーター等
の加熱機構4を備え洗浄の完了した被洗浄物5の
加熱乾燥を行う。この被洗浄物5は洗浄液の付着
が少なおものであつても良いが、焼結金属製品、
多数の板を重ねたラジエーター、モーターのコア
等洗浄液を多量に付着するものに於いて特に有効
である。6は乾燥槽1の円錐状下壁7の中央部に
一端を連通接続した排出管で、螺旋状に形成する
とともに他端を洗浄液8の収納部9に接続し、乾
燥槽1内の加熱により気化した付着洗浄液の気化
ガスを導出する。11はこの気化ガスを導出する
排出管6を冷却するための冷却フアンで、本体1
2の支持杵13に固定するとともに、排出管6の
導出方向にバルブ14を介して連通接続した吸引
管15の開口端16を、吸引側に臨ませて位置し
ている。17は冷却フアン11の吸引側に位置す
る本体12の上端に設けた簀子状の載置板で、冷
却フアン11と連通室18を介して接続し、乾燥
槽1挿入前の被洗浄物19を帯置し冷却フアン1

の開口端16を、冷却フアン11の吸引側に臨ま
せて位置すれば、排出管6の導出側に吸引力が作
用し乾燥槽1内の気化ガスを迅速に排出管6側へ
吸引する事が可能となる。この排出管6への吸引
管15の接続は、冷却フアン11による冷却が成
され気化ガスの凝縮が完了した部分に行なわれな

考案の効果
本考案に於いて、乾燥槽にて気化された洗浄液
は確実に凝縮して回収する事が可能となり、洗浄
液の付着量が多い被洗浄物に於いて経済的な洗浄
作業を可能にするとともに従来生じていた大気中
への洗浄液溶剤の拡散を防止し公害発生等の虞れ
を除去することができる。また乾燥槽にて乾燥作
業を行う被洗浄物は、簀子状の載置板上に載置し
て、予備乾燥を行う事ができるから、乾燥槽内で
の乾燥時間を早めることができ、しかもこの予備
乾燥は、冷却フアンの吸引力を利用するものであ
るから、予備乾燥のための特別のエネルギーを必
要とせず、経済的で効率的な被洗浄物の乾燥を可
