本考案は無端簀式海苔製造装置に使用する海苔水分検知
器に係り、乾燥室内を走行する無端簀に展着する未乾燥
海苔の水分量を、該未乾燥海苔を痛めることなく連続的

が当接する一対の導電性ロールを間隔をおいて回転自在
に並設し、両導電性ロール間を流れる電流の多少により
海苔水分量を検知するようにしたものであり、かくする
ことにより未乾燥の柔かい海苔を痛めることなく、その
