Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove easily, exactly and quickly burrs, by punching a work, returning a punched work to a punching hole of a blank material, removing the burrs, and thereafter, separating them from the blank material again. CONSTITUTION:A thin sheet blank material 1 is fed intermittently, and first of all, a shaft hole 4 of a washer 2 is punched by a small diameter punch of a press machine. Subsequently, by an intermittent feed of one or plural steps of the blank material, said shaft hole 4 is carried in between a large-diameter punch 6 of the press machine and a push-back knockout 7, and a washer 2 is punched by the punch 6. In that case, the punch 6, the washer 2 and the knockout 7 lower together, and burrs 8 are formed on the upper part of the outside circumferential edge of the washer 2. When the punch 6 lifts, the knockout 7 lifts as one body with the punch 6 by its elastic force, and fits the washer 2 into its punched hole 9. Subsequently, burrs 5, 8 are removed between buffs 10, 10, and thereafter, they are separated from the base material 1 by a detaching punch 11.

Generally, when a workpiece such as a washer is punched out of a plate material, burr is generated, so it is necessary to remove the burr depending on the use of the workpiece, such as a washer used in an internal combustion engine. Barrel machining is usually used as a method for removing paris, but if the paris becomes large, it may not be possible to completely remove the paris, and the workpiece itself may become distorted. Furthermore, in barrel processing, processing is performed only after a predetermined amount of punched workpieces have been punched, which requires stocking of semi-finished products, and is generally unsuitable for small-scale production. On the other hand, other methods of removing burrs are already unsuitable for mass production due to time and cost considerations, and they also thicken the periphery of the workpiece as well as the periphery of the workpiece, reducing the outer diameter of the workpiece. There were drawbacks such as the size being distorted.

In view of these circumstances, the present invention has been developed to reliably handle even large parts without distorting the workpiece or significantly scraping off the outer peripheral edge of the workpiece, and further, by continuous processing, it can be produced in both mass and small quantities. The present invention provides a punching method that can also be used.

When removing the washer (2), the washer (2) is fitted into the punched hole (9) with the same thickness and the same shape.
As in the case where there is no external material (1) in 2), avoid polishing the outer circumferential tightening part of the washer (2) more than necessary and disrupting the external dimensions, and also avoid causing distortion to the washer (2). Furthermore, the surface roughness can be reduced.

Note that, depending on the case where the formation direction of the bar 5L (8) is the same direction or depending on the use of the washer (2), the puffing process can be performed only on the - side surface of the r-nosher (2). In addition, as a polishing method for removing the particles (5) and (8), an appropriate polishing method can be used in addition to buffing, and in particular, the material (1) around the washer (2) is When a strong method is used, it is effective in preventing unnecessary polishing of the outer peripheral edge of the washer (2).

As described above, the present invention includes a punching step for punching a workpiece from a material, a pushing back step for pushing the punched workpiece back into a punched hole in the material, and a step for fitting the punched workpiece into the punched hole. The surface of the combined work is polished at the same time to remove the above-mentioned paris, and the workpiece from which paris has been removed is removed again! Since it is equipped with a separation process that removes it from the LIFA, it is possible to obtain finished products continuously, there is no need to slide semi-finished products as in conventional barrel processing, and it is also possible to mass produce. It has the advantage of being able to freely adjust the production volume from small to small-scale production. In addition, in the present invention, since the surface of the moon and the workpiece fitted in the punched hole are simultaneously polished, a polishing method having a relatively strong polishing force capable of removing large particles is adopted. However, compared to polishing the workpiece alone, it is possible to prevent unnecessary polishing of the outer peripheral edge of the workpiece, and there is less distortion of the workpiece, making it easier and faster to polish the workpiece. This provides the effect that deburring work can be performed reliably.
