    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主流路途中に設けたオリフィスをバイパスする分流路内
    龜タービンロータを設け、該分流路に分流された蒸気の
    ノズルよりの噴流を該タービンロータに吹付けて回転せ
    しめ蒸気流量を計測する蒸気用流量計において、該ター
    ビンロータの外周側及び該ノズルとは反体側を覆い且つ
    上記噴流の逃げ孔を有するケーシングを設け、しかも該
    ケーシングを所定の調整手段により該タービンロータの
    軸方向に移動調整自在とした構成としてなる蒸気用流量
    計。
