    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ファンを有する流体圧発生装置において、ファン先端流
    れの一部を抽気してファン上流側へ返す空気流路をファ
    ンケーシングに設けるとともに健全作業状態では閉じ、
    失速点近辺より低流量では開（弁を同空気流路に設けた
    ことを特徴とする流体圧発生装置。
