    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主流路途中に設けたオリフィスをバイパスする分流路に
    蒸気を分流させて該分流路内のタービンロータを回転せ
    しめ蒸気流量を計測する蒸気用流量計において、蒸気温
    度とタービンロータの回転数とを乗算することにより蒸
    気流量を計測する構成としてなる蒸気用流量計。
