DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is an embossed metal plate made of aluminum, iron, brass, stainless steel, etc., in which a continuous uneven surface is formed on the entire surface or a part thereof into a wave shape, mountain shape, etc. by pressing or other appropriate method. Regarding a method of welding an embossed panel and a metal plate or metal frame having a flat part, in which a holding metal plate or an angular metal frame having a flat part made of the same material as the panel is welded to the back of the uneven surface of the metal panel. The purpose of this is to utilize the moment of inertia of the uneven surface by embossing, that is, the strength increase in plane bending resistance against bending, to improve the strength of the metal plate or metal frame that has a holding flat part made of the same material as the panel metal material. The aim is to create a welding method in which only the flat part is bent or curved by applying pressure contact with an upper electrode to the flat part, leaving the panel surface as it is, to perform complete welding at the appropriate location on the panel surface. be.

That is, to explain the drawing as an example, Fig. 1 shows two poles to be welded at one point by electric welding (spot welding). The upper part is the positive electrode 1, which is thin rod-shaped and has an arc-shaped tip. The lower part is a negative electrode 2, which is a set of electrodes whose upper surface is flat. Figure 2 shows the part to be welded using this electrode. The flat part of a metal plate or metal frame A for holding the same kind of material as the panel material is overlapped and inserted onto the back surface of the panel, and the positive electrode 1 is lowered as shown by the arrow to the flat part 3 of the metal plate.
When pressure is applied, the electrode is in the shape of a thin rod, the embossed panel and the metal plate are made of the same material, and as mentioned above, the embossed panel is made of a continuous uneven surface structure, so the correlation between the section modulus, etc. Coupled with physical strength due to increased resistance to bending, only the flat part of the metal plate bends or curves like 3' along the embossed surface 4 and welds, and the same load is applied to all the embossed uneven surfaces. Even if the weld is stiff, due to the above relationship, all the embossed surfaces are completely welded without any deformation. Note that the embossed surface and the negative electrode may be set at any position. Also, Fig. 3 shows an example of implementation, in which the embossed panel P
The flat part 3 of the angled metal plate A for holding is welded to the back side of the metal plate A for holding as described above, and a suitable backing material 5 having dew condensation prevention and soundproofing effects is coated thereon. A metal C-channel is attached as the base. As described above, the present invention is to spot-weld an embossed metal panel and a holding metal plate or metal frame having a flat surface without scratching the surface. By using the same material as the frame, on the other hand, the embossed metal panel has a physical strength that is significantly higher than that of a flat plate due to its shaping process, which is achieved by unevenness or rib processing. A rational welding method that allows only the flat part of the holding metal plate to be bent and welded to the embossed surface by polymerizing and pressurizing it, without causing any deformation damage to the entire embossed surface. It is.
