た等々の理由により、浸漬式凍結法が見直され、再評価
されるに至り、特に船内凍結に好適であると考えられる
様になった。

本発明は以上の如き構成を有するから、(1)単なる浸

ることができるので、食品の形状に対して自由に対応す
ることができ、(4)食品収納ケージの上面、下面は平
板蓋になっておりケージ下降時(凍結時)、上昇時(食
品出し入れ時)にその平蓋がブラインタンク上縁にバッ
キングを介して密着するので、船内装置の場合に船の動
揺によってブラインが跳ね出たり、流出したりするのを
防止でき、(5)ブラインタンク、油圧装置、食品収納
ケージはユニット化できるので、既設セミエアプラスト
式凍結装置のスペースに代替装置として簡単に設置でき
、(6)コンベアー等による連続浸漬凍結に於いては、
荷役動力がブライン中に熱となり、冷凍機負荷となり、
コンベアー出入口の開口部で熱損失があるが、本装置に
於ける荷役動力(油圧動力)は冷凍機の負荷とならず、
又凍結中はブラインタンクが蓋で密閉されるので熱損失
は少なく、且つ浸漬式凍結方式のもつ利点は損われない
ので、省エネルギー効果が大きい等々極めて簡便で効果
的な自動浸漬凍結装置であり、利用価値大である。
