Conventionally, heating,
Heating tanks that contain liquids are extremely often used for boiling, cleaning, and other purposes, but these tanks, including large and small deformed tanks, are mostly open at the top due to their workability, and even if they are heated, the heat does not dissipate. In many cases, it radiates and causes heat loss.

Of course, a lid is used to prevent heat dissipation from the water surface, but it must be removed during work, and the loss of thermal energy due to heat radiation at this time is quite uneconomical. It is.

The present invention was devised as part of such energy-saving measures, and uses a heat-resistant float with a light specific gravity, and applies the principle of buoyancy to keep the upper surface of the liquid contained inside the tank in an airtight state. The heating tank is characterized by a structure that can prevent the dissipation of thermal energy.

FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the heating tank of the present invention, in which 1 indicates a liquid introduction pipe 2. This figure shows a heating tank body equipped with a liquid outflow pipe 3, which does not have a normal airtight lid, and has one or more spherical floats 5 built into it in multiple stages.

This float 5 is housed in the tank 1 and has a specific gravity that is smaller than that of the liquid that is heated together with the object to be boiled, etc. Therefore, it always floats above the liquid level during heating. be.

The float 5 does not need to be particularly spherical, but a spherical shape is most preferable from the viewpoint of sealing effect, and it also needs to have some degree of heat resistance in order to withstand heating, so it may be made of heat-resistant resin, stainless steel, etc. is generally selected as a suitable material, but it is most suitable to use two or more types of spherical floats 5a, 5b of different sizes in combination.

This is because when an object to be heated is put into the tank from the top, the float 5 escapes due to its heavy pressure, making it easier to put the object into the tank, and when the object settles in the tank, it floats up and its buoyancy seals the liquid surface. Of course, this is because the smaller floats 5b are interposed between the larger floats 5a to further improve the sealing effect.

For this purpose, the large and small floats 5a and 5b may have the same specific gravity, but the specific gravity of the smaller spherical float 5b should be made heavier than the larger float 5a, so that the smaller float 5b becomes larger than the larger float 5a. It is advantageous to form it so that it is easy to fill the gap.

Note that when an object to be heated is put into the heating tank main body 1, the liquid stored inside may overflow from the upper part due to its weight, but at this time, the float 5 floating on the liquid level In order to prevent the outflow of water, a wall surface 4 using a wire mesh may be formed on the top of the tank 1 or on the top surface of the tank 1, as shown in the figure.
This is one preferred embodiment.

Thus, according to the heating tank configured as described above, first, an object containing water or the like to be heated together with water for boiling or washing with heated liquid is put into the tank from the top surface, and heated by an appropriate heating means (not shown). After processing, at this time,
Even without using a sealing lid on the upper surface, the floats 5, which have a light specific gravity, float on the liquid surface in one or more stages. Dissipation is prevented and heating and boiling treatment can be performed with less heat loss.

If two types of floats 53 and 5b, large and small, are used as the floats 5, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the large and small floats 5a,
5b mutually compensate for the gaps, the sealing condition becomes better, and heat radiation loss is further prevented.

Furthermore, once the boiling object is placed in the tank 1, it can be left as is until the heating treatment is completed, which saves time and effort.

Although heat loss from the liquid surface varies depending on wind speed, temperature, etc., experiments have shown that the entire surface of the liquid is open during work, compared to when using a normal lid. It was confirmed that energy savings of 25 to 30% could be achieved due to the lack of energy consumption.

As mentioned above, the heating tank of the present invention uses a float that is heat resistant and has a light specific gravity, and the floating float maintains the surface of the liquid in a sealed state. Therefore, the heating tank cannot use a normal lid. Of course, it can also be applied to cases where a normal lid can be used to effectively prevent heat loss, and in particular, it can be applied to cases where it is difficult to use a normal lid due to a large area. This method is effective in large heating tanks, allows construction of a low-cost heat radiation loss prevention structure, and is also an extremely practical idea from the viewpoint of thermal economy by preventing heat loss.

In particular, since the float always tends to float, there is no need to remove the lid when taking objects in and out, which saves the trouble of opening and closing the lid, and also eliminates the need to stir the objects in the tank. Even in cases where only the working part is kept in a hermetically sealed state, the work can be carried out in accordance with thermo-economics.

The heating tank of the present invention is useful and suitable for use in boiling foods such as hams and sausages, as well as in cases where the food can be boiled without a lid while still in the tank and then cooled as is.
