This long fabric is easy to stretch, so when printing a pattern using a flat screen automatic printing machine, care must be taken when stretching the fabric D to prevent the pattern from coming off the main body of the towel (ideally, , care must be taken to ensure that the pattern is at a predetermined location on the main body of the towel), and the fabric is stretched while cutting tags at the ends of the towel (stretching the fabric to give it slack). is carried out, and printing is carried out so that the pattern is located near a predetermined position using the position of the tack as a reference. This tack is effective for determining the position of the pattern, but ground dyeing cannot be performed on this part.
The part that has been tacked is the part on both ends of the product towel that is folded and sewn together, and it is not necessary that the ground dyeing is done on it, but in high-quality products, this part is the part that is folded and sewn together. The lack of ground dyeing is disliked. For this reason, when manufacturing high-quality products, a method is adopted in which a long piece of fabric is cut and collected and then stretched on a printing machine. It is an object of the present invention to make use of the advantages of the method of feeding a long fabric to a printing machine while passing through the tack, and also to enable ground dyeing to be carried out over the entire area.

In order to distinguish between the cylinder device 4 that moves the formwork 3 in the vertical direction and the cylinder device 5 that moves the formwork 3 in the longitudinal direction of the dough, in this specification, the former will be referred to as the first cylinder device,
The latter will be referred to as the second cylinder device. A second cylinder device 5 is particularly provided for the printing machine according to the invention, which uses a tensioning device 9 to eliminate the foremost of a series of tacts taken on the fabric. This is to allow the process of dyeing the ground including the area where the tack disappears to be carried out. The tensioning device 9 is provided with an undercloth 10 as a belt that exerts a frictional force on the fabric 6a extending from the belt 7.

Although this area is covered by the formwork 3 in the state shown in FIG. 3, the screen attached to the formwork 3 does not allow colored glue to pass through this area. Following the state shown in Figure 3, formwork 3
is raised to the non-operating position, this rise is used as a signal to start running the belt 7 covered with fabric, and at the same time the undercloth 10 of the tensioning device 9 runs at a speed equal to the running speed of the belt 7. I am made to do so.

} The running of the undercross 10 is changed from the conventional high-speed running to slow running. The above-mentioned slow running of the undercloth 10, which is carried out while the belt 7 is stopped, causes the fabric 6 to be peeled off from the belt 7.
It is for the purpose of extinguishing. The tension to eliminate the tack T continues until the fabric 6 blocks light from entering the optoelectronic device 12, as shown in FIG. Following the state shown in FIG. 7, the formwork 3 is advanced by the second cylinder device 5 as shown in FIG. 8, and then moved to the working position by the first cylinder device 4 as shown in FIG. be lowered.

In the state shown in FIG. 9, the area where the tack T has been eliminated by the above-described operation of the tensioning device 9 is included in the action range of the formwork 3, and ground dyeing is carried out in this state. }, photoelectric device 12} The guide rollers 15 are located on brackets 11 mounted on the support frame 2 of the formwork, as explained above in connection with FIG. When the formwork 3 is advanced from the state shown in FIG. 8,
They also follow and move forward. The textile printing machine according to the present invention as described above has the disadvantage that ground dyeing cannot be performed at the edges of the meol due to the presence of a trick to ensure that the pattern is in the vicinity of a predetermined area. This method eliminates the need for a printing method with low production efficiency, in which pre-cut fabric to a predetermined length is stretched onto a belt and printed on it. This enables production with high efficiency.

1. Feed is given in synchronization with the feed given to the fabric stretched belt which is in contact with the fabric coming out of the printing action section, and at the same time the fabric stretched belt is stopped and the formwork is raised, and slow feed is applied. Set up a belt given to you,
This belt and a speed control device for the belt form a tensioning device that eliminates the frontmost tag by the abrasive force that acts between the belt and the fabric when the above-mentioned slow feed is applied to the belt, and A signal generating device was installed to detect the shape of the dough and generate the stop signal for the slow feed when the frontmost tag was eliminated by the device, and the final stage formwork was made larger to eliminate the tag. An automatic textile printing machine for towels, characterized in that it has a formwork for performing ground dyeing on a portion of the fabric, and is provided with a cylinder device that moves the formwork forward and backward for performing the ground dyeing.
