え、箔浮き等を生じせしめるものであつた。この欠点を
除去するために、耳片6を含むプリント板取付部品8を
プレス金具7とは別個に設け、第2図に示すようにプリ
ント板取付部品8をビス9あるいは溶接等によリプレス
金具7に固定する方法が考えられたが、このプリント板
取付部品8を得るだけの工程が増え、コスト高になり実
用上不都合なものであつた。本発明は上記点に鑑み、加
工工程を増加することなく耳片を有する辺の折曲加工が
高精度に行えるようにしたものである。
