において、複数の基板を収納する基板収納ラツク

部品点数が多くなつた。又、ラツク組立時に、側
板の間隔を調整する必要があり、生産工数も増加

本考案は、上述の欠点を解消した新規な基板固
定用ラツクを提供するものであり、以下、図面を

先ず、本考案の基板収納ラツクでは、ガイドレ
ールの代わりに第3図に示すように、ラツク4の
側板5及び6に基板ガイド用として突片7を形成
している。この突片7は第2図に示す如き形状で
あつて、簡易金型による板金の切りおこしの応用
としてNCTプレスにより成形され、ガイドレー
ルの場合のねじ止め等の作業は一切不要である。
そして、突片を成形するだけなので、ラツクを分
離可能な構造にする必要はなく一体化が可能であ
る。又、第3図ロ,ハの側面図及びニ,ホの断面
図から明らかなように、突片7は各々の側板5及
び6において、基板取付位置(破線C)の上下に
互い違いに配設されており、さらに、左側板5の
突片7の配列パターンは、右側板6の突片7の配
列パターンを基板取付位置に対して上下に逆転さ

本考案による基板収納ラツクは、上述の如く、

来の技術に比べ、突片の数を減少させることがで
き、従つて、作業工数及び部品点数を削減してコ
ストダウン及び生産性の向上が可能となる。更
に、本考案では、一方の側板における突片の配列
パターンを基板取付位置に対して上下に逆転させ
た配列パターンを、他方の側板における突片の配
列パターンとしたので、基板先端部を突片による
ガイドの挿入口に挿入した後、基板を押し込む
際、基板が、斜めに傾いて基板取付位置の上又は
下の一方側の突片間に入り込み、基板取付位置か
