Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は洗剤つきたわしに関し、金属細線４巻回してた
わし状に成形し金属細線の周囲に石鹸金主体とする洗剤
金薄膜状に被覆させたこと金特徴とするものである。
鍋、フライパンなどの煮こぼれ、こげつき、焼きつき汚
れ、タイル目地の汚れ、タイヤ汚れ等の清浄に金属製た
わしが使用されており、更に、たわしに洗剤等紫付着し
たものも見られるが、たわしの防錆、被清浄面の損傷金
時ぐなどの点で不十分なものが多い。
捷だ金属製たわしは、スポンジや不織布製のたわしに比
較して一般に構造が粗であり、洗剤や泡金保持する能力
が小さい為、単に洗剤金付着させただけでは使用中に洗
剤や泡金浸出させるという効果が不十分である。
本考案は第１図に示す如く、金属細線４巻回してたわし
状に成形し、金属細線１の周囲に石鹸金主体とする洗剤
２金薄膜状に被覆させて威るものである。
本考案に使用する洗剤としては、防錆効果あるいは被清
浄面の損傷防止効果などの点で、石鹸とヤシアルコール
セスキリン酸エステル塩の混合物が最も好捷しい。
金属細線の周囲に洗剤金薄膜状に被覆させるには、次の
方法で行なうことが好ましい。
平均径１０〜５０μのスチール細線５ダ金直径６ｃｍ、
厚ａ１ｃｍの円板状に巻回し、６０係洗剤水溶液（石鹸
８０％、ヤシアルコールセスキリン酸エステルナトリウ
ム塩２０φ）１５ｇ’？スチール細線たわし上にのせ、
８０℃に加熱した円形シリンダー内で３０〜４０ｋｙ／
ｆｆｌに加圧した後水分金乾燥させる。
できた洗剤つきたわしは第２図に示す如く金属細線の周
囲音洗剤が薄膜状に被覆している。
本考案による洗剤つき金わしは洗剤がたわし内に均一に
分布しているので洗剤功来が優れ、且つ洗剤が金属細線
金薄膜状に被覆しているので金属細線が被清浄面に直接
接触することを防いで被清浄面の損傷金防止する効果が
大きい。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）金属細線４巻回してたわし状に成形し、金属細線
    の周囲に石鹸金主体とする洗剤金薄膜状に被覆でせて成
    る洗剤つきたわし。
  2. （２）石鹸金主体とする洗剤が石鹸とヤシアルコールセ
    スキリン酸エステル塩との混合物である請求範囲第１項
    記載のたわし。
