Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 金属製内壁、金属製外壁及び金属製底板とよりなり、こ
    の内、外壁間が真空断熱されてなる金属製真空二重の容
    器を設けこの容器の上端に水切部材を装着し、水切部材
    の上端に開閉自在な上蓋を設け、容器の下端に容器内の
    液体を加熱、保温するヒーターを備えた電気ポットに於
    いて、上記容器の内壁を少くとも内壁胴部と、この内壁
    胴部上端の内壁口元部との別体にて形成する一方、外壁
    を少くとも上端に水切部材用の酸ネジを備えかつ内壁と
    所定の間隔を隔てた外壁胴部と、この外壁胴部下端の外
    壁折曲部との別体にて形成すると共に、内壁胴部上端と
    内壁口元部下端、外壁胴部下端と外壁折曲部上端、及び
    内壁口元部上端と外壁胴部上端をそれぞれ接合、大気圧
    下、それぞれ溶着した後、底板先端、内壁胴部下端及び
    外壁折曲部下端を接合、真空下、内、外壁間を真空引き
    すると同時に溶着したことを特徴とする電気ポット。
