２室に分け、一方の室に室外熱交換器を、他方の室内熱
交換器を設けた空気調和機において、室外熱交換器を設
けた室の室外熱交換器より外気側の部位に、外気の温度
または湿度を検出するためのセンサーを設け、このセン
サーをダンパーの開閉装置に作動連結し、ダンパーの開
閉を外気の温湿度により行なうようにしたことを特徴と
