A partition plate inside the spot air conditioner body separates the evaporator blower room containing the evaporator and the condenser blower room containing the condenser by opening and closing a damper installed at the condenser cooling air intake port. This is a spot air conditioner that can be used as both a dehumidifier and an air conditioner, with partitions for conduction and isolation, and a single hot type air conditioner can be used selectively as a dehumidifier and an air conditioner.
