Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) In a triplate line in which the upper and lower outer conductors each have a structure in which the center conductor is shielded via a dielectric substrate and are equipped with a DC blocking circuit, the DC blocking circuit is connected to a part of the center conductor. A dielectric thin film is formed between either of the dielectric substrates and the cut center conductor, and a high-frequency connection path is formed between the two cut ends via the dielectric thin film that covers the cut portions.
