It is something to do.

Due to the heat and flow of the resin, the film partially melts and deforms, causing wrinkles and damage to the decorative printing pattern applied to the film, exposing the injected resin to the surface of the film, and sometimes causing the film to melt into the injected resin. It's not uncommon to get caught up in it.

説明する。In particular, there is a drawback that this phenomenon is more likely to occur as the thickness of the film becomes thinner. Furthermore, the surface condition of the film is partially affected by the heat of the injected resin, often resulting in uneven gloss. In order to compensate for this drawback, methods such as making the film adhere in a vacuum state within a mold have been considered, but in the case of complex shapes, perfect J adhesion is difficult, and the above-mentioned drawback becomes especially noticeable. There is. The present invention aims to provide a method for manufacturing decorative adhesive molded products free of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

This aims to make the film as less susceptible to the effects of heat and fluoro of the injected resin within the mold in which it is mounted, and to eliminate cosmetic defects that conventionally occur. First, the following formulation specifications are used for the synthetic resin film material.

Then vacuum form the film.

By making it into a molded product, the heat deformation temperature of the film itself is improved.
The heat resistance (heat distortion temperature) of the vacuum-formed product manufactured by the above method can be freely set by changing the type and amount of crosslinking agent added.

It is assumed that the film is irradiated with ultraviolet rays from the side opposite to the decorative surface of the film. After that, this film molded product is placed in an injection mold, and a thermoplastic resin such as pinyl chloride, styrene, ABS, etc. is injected using an injection molding machine and fused and integrated with the film molded product in the mold to perform molding. Complete. In this case, it is also necessary to consider coating one side of the film, that is, the surface that will be in contact with the injection resin, with a synthetic resin primer liquid before or after vacuum forming to improve adhesion with the injection resin, if necessary. . Figures 1 and 2
3 are diagrams showing the process of carrying out the method of manufacturing a decorative adhesive molded product of the present invention. As shown in FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, heat is applied to soften the synthetic resin film 2, and then, as shown in FIG. Form into shape.

The synthetic resin molded in this manner is put into an injection molding cavity 5, covered with one type of injection molding core, and molded by injecting the synthetic resin r from an injection molding machine. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to improve the thermal softening properties of the film installed in the mold and prevent the occurrence of defects due to the heat and flow of the injected resin, so even if the mold shape is complex, uniform makeup can be achieved. This has great industrial value, as it also reduces the need to adhere the resin film to the inner wall of the mold.
