Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an anti-scar characteristic or anti-weather characteristic, improve a design characteristic and further enable a low cost to be attained by a method wherein a transfer printing technology is applied to a resin molded product for a vehicle ornamentation. SOLUTION: An imitation wooden pattern panel for a vehicle ornamentation is constructed such that either a front surface or a rear surface of a main body of a resin layer 1a of a resin molded component for a vehicle ornamentation has a transfer foil 2 in which a hard coated layer, an anchor layer, a coloring layer and an adhesive layer are integrally formed on a base film in sequence with hardening resin by an inmold forming operation.

スフィルムにハードコート層、図柄層、接着層などから
なる転写箔を成形金型内に挟み込み、キャビティ内に樹
脂を射出充填させ、冷却して樹脂成形品を得るのと同時
に、成形品表面に転写箔を接着させた後、ベースフィル
ムを剥離して被転写物面に転写層を転移して装飾を行う
方法により、樹脂成形と同時に該成形品の表面もしくは
裏面に、図柄を転写絵付けするようにした車両内装用疑
似木目パネルである。

脂からなり、更に紫外線吸収剤とWAX剤が添加された
厚さ2〜3μmのハードコート層、アクリル樹脂からな
る厚さ1〜2μmのアンカー層、アクリルビニル共重合
体樹脂からなる厚さ1〜2μmの着色層、アクリル樹
脂、スチレン樹脂などのバインダーを用いた厚さ1〜2
μmの接着層からなる転写層を形成し、転写箔を得た。
そして、上記転写箔を車両内装用樹脂部品成形用金型内
に送り込み、射出成形した後、ベースフィルムを剥離す
ることにより、前記車両内装用樹脂部品の表面にインモ
ールド成形加工により一体成形し、且つ表面に転写層を
付着させた車両内装用樹脂部品を得た。この車両内装用
樹脂部品の表面強度を測定したところ、鉛筆硬度3Hで
あった。また、グレード0のスチールウールで50g/
cm2 重でこすったところ、傷がつかなかった。

じて更にハードコート層の中に紫外線吸収剤やWAX剤
を添加したものであるから、優れた耐摩耗性、耐候性を
有するものであり、車両内装部品というきわめて厳しい
条件下においても、優れた耐久性を発揮することができ
る。また、紫外線吸収剤として高分子吸収剤を用いると
有効成分が多く添加でき、特に耐候性がよくなる。
