実施例
SD系ラットを1群18匹として2区設け、本実験区の

1%添加混合したものを与えて、キれぞれ飼育した。飼
育7ケ月後に該ラット8匹を、飼育19ケ月後に10匹
をそれぞれ屠殺して、脳中のコレステロール及び過酸化
脂質含量を測定した。その結果は第1表の通りであり、
本発明の卵には、加齢時において脳中のコレステロール
及び過酸化脂質含量が低下する等の老化遅延効果が認め

1%を添加混合したものを与えて飼育した。飼育3ケ月
後及び17ケ月後に、ラットを14時間絶食後、24時
間2±1°Cの寒冷曝露を行ない、その間の直腸温度、
血中の73 、 T千を経時的に測定した。その測定結
果は第2表の通りであり、若齢期(3ケ月後)には寒冷
曝露に対する応答は、両群に差が認められなかったが、
17ケ月飼育後のラットについては、本発明の実験区で
は若齢期のラットと同様に体温低下が少なく、24時間
後の血中T3のレベルは高く維持され、抗老化作用が認
