Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce planar vibration of a motor by providing an oilless metal and a thrust ball in a shaft end, thereby eliminating a noise at the starting time. CONSTITUTION:A stator 1 is composed by inserting a coil 1a into a core 1b and molding it with thermosetting resin 1c. A rotor 2 is press-fitted into a rotor shaft 3 which is knurled. An oilless metal 7 and a thrust ball 8 are provided at the shaft end. When the stator 1 is energized, the rotor 2 is electromagnetically attracted to the stator 1 side and rotated. Since the rotor 2 is pressed to the stator 1 side by a washer 9 and the ball 8 formed of an elastic material at the attracting time, a play of a ball bearing 5 in the thrust direction is eliminated, and noise at the attracting time can be obviated.

Conventional configurations and their problems Conventionally, circumferential gap type motors have often been used for motors for this type of small equipment, but in order to save space and make them thinner, axial gap type motors have recently been used. has been revised and is now being used for some air cooling fan monitors and TE1 aircraft. However, a drawback of the axial air gap type motor is that the rotor of the motor is attracted toward the stator due to electromagnetic attraction, so a durable ball bearing must be used in the thrust direction. In that case, when the rotor is used from below or from the side, the rotor moves by the amount of play in the ball bearings, causing a clanking sound when starting.

Structure of the Invention The axial gap type motor of the present invention has a cover having an oil-less metal and a thrust ball at the shaft end of the rotor,
The cover is aligned in the radial direction along the outer periphery of the resin-molded stator, and in the thrust direction it is fixed to the stator via a washer made of elastic material. Due to the location of the flexible material and the thrust holes, the rotor can be pressed against the stay at all times, eliminating electromagnetic noise attracted during startup. By fixing oil-less metal, rotor surface runout is reduced and accuracy is improved.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS The drawings show the structure of an axial gap type mortar according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a stator C1 coil 1a inserted into a core 1b and molded with thermosetting resin 1c. A rotor 2 is press-fitted onto a knurled rotor shaft 3 and fixed to a gear shaft 4. A ball bearing 5 is press-fitted into the stator 1 and serves as a bearing for the rotor 2. 6 is a sheet metal motor cover that fixes the oilless metal 7, thrust ball 8, etc. The metal 7 serves as a bearing in the radial direction of the gear shirt 14, and is subjected to thrust direction force by the thrust ball 8. The motor cover 6(d) is placed along the outer periphery of the molded stator 1 to eliminate play in the radial direction, and is fixed to the stator 1 via a washer 9 made of an elastic material. In that case, A washer or the like is inserted between a washer 9 made of an elastic material and the stator 1, and the gear/gift 4 is adjusted so that a force in the thrust direction is always applied.

Next, to explain the operation, when the stator 1 is energized, the rotor 2 is electromagnetically attracted to the stator 1 side and begins to rotate. Since the rotor 2 is pressed toward the stator 1 by the balls 8, the ball bearing 6
There is no play in the thrust direction, so the noise that conventionally occurs during suction is eliminated. Furthermore, since the shaft end bearing is made of mailless metal 7, it has the effect of reducing costs.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the axial gap type motor of the present invention has an oil-less metal and a thrust ball at the end of the shaft, and the motor cover that fixes it is aligned with the outer periphery of the resin-molded stator. The rotor shaft is aligned in the radial direction, and in the thrust direction, it is fixed to the stator via wasson tires made of elastic material. In particular, by pressing the rotor shaft toward the stator side, noise during startup is reduced. Since it eliminates this and uses oil-less metal for the shaft end bearing, there is less surface runout, which also helps reduce costs.
