In order to increase the dust capture rate, it is possible to increase the thickness of the filter medium or increase the density, but on the other hand, pressure loss increases, resulting in energy loss and material height.

The organic solvent is then removed using a dryer or the like, and the polymeric hydrocarbon and natural or synthetic oil and fat are adhered to a woven fiber fabric, nonwoven fabric, or foamed urethane sheet.

With this structure, it is possible to achieve a surprising improvement in the dust capture rate with a so-called thin and inexpensive structure without any additional effort.

。According to experiments conducted by the present inventor, a filter material with a thickness of 15WIM, which is made by changing the density of conventional fiber nonwoven fabric from coarse to dense, has a dust capture rate of 89% and a pressure loss of 15.9 myp'fb.
For the non-woven fabric sheet 7.8, I prepared two sheets of non-woven fabric sheet 7.8 with a thickness of about 5 mm, and between them, I treated gauze cloth as the sand cloth 9 as described above and stacked three sheets, and the dust was captured. The rate was high, over 99.5%. The pressure loss at this time was an extremely small value of 2 tnttp/H20.

である。In the above embodiment, the sand cloth 9 is sandwiched between fibrous woven fabrics or non-woven fabrics, but instead of the fibrous woven fabrics or non-woven fabrics, a foamed urethane sheet having air permeability on at least one side may be used. In this case, in addition to the advantage of being able to reduce the price without changing the actual function and effect, the product can be rolled up into a cloth shape, which makes it easy to handle it during transportation and, for example, on the ceiling of a paint factory. This is very convenient for construction work where the adhesive is applied over the entire surface.
