Claims (1)

端面側に区画した駆動室に導いてピストンを駆動し、そ
れに伴うスプール弁の駆動により主弁部の流体流路を切
換えるようにしたものにおいて、上記駆動室のパイロッ
ト流体番排出するためのパイロット弁部におけるパイロ
ット排気路を、上記ピストンの内側に区画した呼吸室に
連通させると共に、該呼吸室をスプール弁に組込んだパ
イロット排気の流出を許容しその逆流を阻止する逆止弁
機構を通じて主弁部の排気ポートに連通させたことを特
