する逆止弁を設け、かつシリンダ端と隔壁体との間に弾
性反撥手段を介設した後者室すなわち前記クッション室
に開口するポートはこのクッション室内の圧力が設定値
以上になったときに開放作動する切換弁を介して前者室
に開口しかつピストンのストローク端近くにおいてこの
ピストンによって閉塞されるに至る給排気ポートから導
出される通路に連通させて成る空気圧シリンダにおける
