ぐな柄部を有する形に多数打ち抜き、その後所要の加工
をする方法、或(・は同公報の第;3図−1代〜Eに示
されているように、平板拐から真すぐな柄部とU字形の
アーム部とをなすよう11字形又はくの字形に打ち抜い
て材料取りし、アーム部をロール成形成いはプレス成形
でL」字形状に曲げてヒンジ部材を製作する方法が採用
されている1゜しかし何れの方法とも平板を打ち抜くこ
とにより製作されるため部材にパリを生じ、その除去処
理が必要であり、又平板を多斂打ち抜く場合の平板の歩
留りは前者より後者の方法か優れてはいるとはいえロス
を完全にな(してしまうこと(:1、できない。さらに
後者の方法(Cお(・て真すぐに伸びたアーム部をU字
形に加工する場合、内周11111 +1圧縮力、外周
側は引張り力を受けるため、内周11111と外周側と
の間に歪が生じ捩れが発生する1、この捩れを解放する
ため焼馴らしの方法が考えられるが、そのための設備及
