方に位置するので、トレッド調節操作の際の双方のケー
スのビン孔とビンの位置合せ及びステーの脱着作業は、
狭い場所にて行うので極めて面倒である。そこで、トレ
ッド調節操作を容易なものとするために、この発明にお
いては次の技術的手段を講じた。

迅速に行うことができることになり、そのうえ、上記油
圧シリンダ機構(2)を備えていない現行の前輪駆動装
置に対して、この油圧シリンダ機構(2)をフロントア
クスルハウジング(1)と固定側ギヤケース(6)の間
に取付け、又、前輪駆動軸(2りを伸縮のみ自在なもの
に取替えると云う簡易な改造作業の施工によってトレッ
ド調節可能な仕様に変更できると云う効果を得たもので
あって、前述した従来の装置の如き、前部車台とフロン
トアクスルハウジングの狭い空間においてトレッド調節
操作を行わねばならない不便を、この考案によって解消
し得たのである。
