Conventionally, as shown in Fig. 1, the base fabric for clothing is made of a plurality of woven fabrics such as cotton fabric, linen fabric, or synthetic carpet fiber, and is coated with natural rubber adhesive 2. After gluing and forming into a thick kudzu according to the standard, the surface layer 3 is made of rubber, etc., and is bonded with a synthetic rubber adhesive 4. This base fabric is then seeded with needles and wrapped around a carding machine cylinder, dots, etc. as a clothing cloth.
Used for uniformly opening and aligning Takeo fibers.

In this way, the clothing is wound around the rotating card drum to unravel the fibers and perform a tying action, so considerable strength and firm retention of the planted needles are required. Therefore, the base fabric must be particularly uniform in thickness, have excellent tensile strength, and must be able to be tightly wrapped around a rotating cylindrical body such as a cylinder with as little elongation as possible under tension. Sufficient needle gripping or holding force is required to withstand the load, and elasticity is required to help the needle recover from deformation. In order to satisfy all of these properties, rubber glue, which is made by dissolving natural rubber or synthetic rubber in an organic solvent such as gasoline or benzene, is applied several times to a woven fabric such as linen or cotton, which usually has high tensile strength and low elongation. By repeated application, 8w of rubber penetrates into the woven fabric to form a rubber glue layer of a constant thickness, which maintains the elasticity of the base fabric and improves the gripping force of the implanted needles. ing. -1, Table JvI part is provided with a rubber sheet layer, a rubber foam layer, a resin sheet layer, a resin foam layer, and a felt layer for the purpose of buffering the stress applied to the implanted needle. , elasticity, and cushioning properties. In this way, the conventional base fabric for clothing does not meet the requirements of Maki? Next, if you want to satisfy your natural needs, use expensive wool felt, coat with a lot of rubber glue, and use cotton 4J-? Because it uses a lot of natural cloth such as linen and goes through a lamination process, it is very expensive, and since it uses natural fibers, it is difficult to supply all of it with a stable quality, which affects its strength. It has the following drawbacks.

The present invention uses an interlaced fiber mat, that is, needle punched felt, as the surface layer and base layer of a clothing used for a carding machine or a napping machine, especially for wool spinning, patents, etc., and at least one side of the needle punch felt or compressed felt used for the base layer Forming a reinforcing base material layer by laminating and bonding one or more sheets of synthetic cotton woven fabric satisfies the above-mentioned requirements and is relatively low cost. The structure of the present invention will be explained based on the drawings. Figure 2 is a sectional view showing one embodiment of the present invention, and Table Jv
5 indicates an interlaced fiber mat using chemical fibers, and the fiber cloak is made of polyester, polypropylene, synthetic steel fibers such as polyamide, acrylic, carbon fiber, acrylic, polyamide, polyester, polyolefin impregnated, elastomer yarn, etc. Congegate fibers, inorganic fibers such as glass fibers, metal fibers, recycled rayon, Kiepra acetate, etc., chemical fibers such as semi-synthetic fibers are used individually or in combination of several types, or wool is used as a natural fiber. The fibers are used alone or in combination with other chemical fibers, and a fiber mat is formed by opening the fibers using a card machine. After applying needle punch iK Yoshi needle punch processing to intertwine the fibers, synthetic rubber is formed. Or impregnated with synthetic resin emulsion, heated and compressed to form an apparent density of 015 to 0.55.
A needle punch felt of f/(J) is used. Polyester with excellent elasticity and bulk,
Needle punch felt made of synthetic fibers such as acrylic, polyamide, and polypropylene is suitable for this purpose. The base layer 6 is made of interlaced fiber pine door formed in the same manner as the surface layer and synthetic fiber 1s woven fabric 8 used as a reinforcing material. One or more pieces of the interlaced fiber pine door 0 are sequentially laminated and bonded on one or both sides with an adhesive 9 such as natural or synthetic rubber or synthetic resin. The interlaced fiber pine door of the base layer is formed in the same way as shown in the above interwoven fiber mat formation of the surface layer, using the fibers of each ridge individually or in combination of several types of membranes, but in particular, polyester, acrylic, etc. Synthetic rubber or resin needle punch felt using 1 tA of synthetic fibers such as polypropylene, polyamide, etc., with an apparent density of 020 to 0.60 V-, or needle punch felt or compressed felt mainly made of wool fibers. used. The synthetic fiber woven fabric 8, which serves as a reinforcing material to be laminated and bonded integrally with the interlaced fiber pine door, is made of at least J.
By laminating and adhering a synthetic fiber woven fabric used in iLA and bonded to at least one side of the interlaced fiber mat to form the base layer 6, the U-shaped needles planted therein are firmly gripped,
The needle does not fall out, does not break or fall even when the needle is subjected to severe stress, and has the elasticity to recover easily, and when wrapped around the card drum, phenomena such as stress relaxation and creep occur due to the winding tension when cold. There is no elongation due to deformation that is thought to be caused by this, and the shape is formed to have the desired thickness and strength, taking into account all aspects such as preventing the base fabric from lifting.

As described above, the present invention uses a deformable fiber mat JIJ: J needle punched felt or pressed myelt as the base layer of the base fabric for clothing, and a high-density elastic layer reinforced with a synthetic fiber woven fabric.
It has an elastic layer made of needle punched felt with synthetic rubber or resin uniformly coated on the surface layer, and has a moderate hardness and elasticity.Since the elongation rate is also low at 1 o'clock, the gripping force of the needle is good and the needle slips out. The carding axis is not applied to the needle and the next elastic recovery is excellent. When woven synthetic fibers such as aromatic polyamide, carbon fiber, or polyester fiber are used as a reinforcing material for the base layer, deformation due to phenomena such as stress relaxation and creep may occur due to the winding tension when winding the card drum. The durability of the clothing is greatly improved because it does not elongate, and the base fabric does not lift even when used for a long period of time at high speed rotation.

Furthermore, in order to form the base layer to the desired thickness as in the past, the number of sheets of expensive natural fiber woven fabrics such as cotton cloth and linen cloth was used, and the use of adhesives to bond between the two woven cloths was also increased. This invention has excellent effects such as saving labor, reducing product costs to a large LI, and having great economic benefits.
