DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a method for constructing walls with three-dimensional patterns, and more specifically, the present invention relates to a method for constructing wall surfaces having three-dimensional patterns, and more specifically, it is possible to create an unprecedented pictorial sculpture on a wall surface made of almost any material including concrete and mortar. To provide a new wall surface construction method that can easily and inexpensively produce any three-dimensional pattern (not a painting or sculpture, but a pattern formed by forming unevenness on a wall surface) with a decorative element, and can decorate the wall surface. After applying a sealer to the target wall surface base, the desired three-dimensional pattern is formed by applying a thick layer of paint for forming a three-dimensional pattern on the wall surface coated with the sealer, and then the three-dimensional pattern is applied. The method is characterized in that a spray tile is painted on a wall surface on which a pattern is formed to form a coating film that encloses the three-dimensional pattern forming paint.

A sealer 2 is applied to the entire surface of the wall base 1 as the first step of the present invention. Application of this sealer 2 is as follows:
It is also performed in normal wall construction methods as a wall surface preparation, and does not have any special features, but it improves the waterproofness and durability of the surface as well as the adhesion of paint. I can do it. Furthermore, this sealer 2
Before applying this, it is preferable to first clean and remove dirt and adhesion from the wall base 1. As a second step of the present invention, the wall surface coated with the sealer 2 is coated thickly with the three-dimensional pattern forming paint 3 in a build-up manner, thereby forming the desired three-dimensional pattern B.

Here, the paint used in the present invention, referred to as the three-dimensional pattern forming paint, must be non-volatile, have high viscosity, and have excellent adhesion (adhesion) to the base 1. In addition, it is desirable that the material has excellent water resistance and weather resistance, and the main component is elastic acrylic resin.
It is made by appropriately blending a viscosity agent, aggregate, and pigment. An example of the paint 3 for forming a three-dimensional pattern of the present invention that is suitable for practical use is the commercially available product name Heppan. However, the three-dimensional pattern forming paint 3 is not limited to this, and can be manufactured in-house by adjusting the formulation as necessary. Now, to explain the method of applying the paint 3 for forming a three-dimensional pattern, the paint 3 is applied thickly along the shape of the three-dimensional pattern B in order to create the intended three-dimensional pattern B. However, in addition to the general spatula coating and spraying, in the present invention, the paint 3 is applied by extrusion along the lower diagram of the three-dimensional pattern B using a ricing gun or the like via a high viscosity pump.

That is, according to this extrusion, as shown in FIG. 2, the paint 3 is applied thickly at once in a substantially semicircular cross section (with a radius of about 3 to 10 mm) according to the desired shape. In order to form the three-dimensional pattern B, the cross section of the paint 3 may be left as it is in a substantially semicircular shape as described above, or it may be formed by scraping, pressing, or brush leveling as shown in Fig. 3a. This technique emphasizes the three-dimensional effect. In the present invention, these methods are fully utilized, and if necessary, a third method is also applied.
As shown in Figures B and c, three-dimensional pattern forming paints 3 and 3', 3
'' can be applied in multiple layers, thereby further emphasizing the three-dimensional appearance.Incidentally, after the three-dimensional pattern forming paint 3 has dried, it is scraped and polished using a tool such as a chisel or knife. This method is also an effective means for creating a more three-dimensional pattern. The three-dimensional pattern forming paint 3 is applied thickly in a build-up pattern to form the desired three-dimensional pattern B. After the paint 3 has dried or in a semi-dry state, a spray tile is applied to the painted wall surface as the third step of the present invention, and a paint film 4 covering the three-dimensional pattern B is formed.

This spray tile is generally widely used for decorative finishing of walls, and has adhesion, water resistance, weather resistance, etc. The sprayed tiles used in the present invention are not unique in themselves, and the spraying agents include commonly used organic ones such as acrylic resin and epoxy resin, and inorganic ones such as cement. It can be used as
As will be described later, the formation of the coating film 4 by painting the sprayed tiles is carried out once as shown in Fig. 2a (usually 0.3 to 1.5 (basket level) is sufficient, and if finishing by polishing, the second
As shown in Figure b, a plurality of colored coating films 4, 1, . . . are sprayed in multiple layers. The sprayed tile paint film 4 coated on the wall surface in such a way as to wrap around the three-dimensional pattern B protects the three-dimensional pattern forming paint 3 by adhering to it while preventing it from shrinking.
This will prevent the wall surface from deteriorating over time. Note that after the sprayed tiles are painted, the wall surface A is finished to have a rough surface. The wall surface construction method of the present invention forms a desired three-dimensional pattern B having durability through the steps described above.
Although it is possible to make a finished product in this state), it is preferable to add the following process to further enhance the color appearance of the wall surface. One method is to apply a finish paint 5 on top of the sprayed tile coating 4, as shown in Figure 2a. The application of the finishing paint 5 is similar to that in the conventional general wall construction method and does not have any special features, but it provides a beautiful finish to the wall surface. That is, the wall surface on which the three-dimensional pattern B has been formed is usually coated with two coats of various paints (mainly emulsion type) including metallic finishes depending on the desired color tone. In addition, when the wall surface is exposed outdoors, the usage conditions are more severe than when it is indoors, so synthetic resins such as urethane, engineered poxy, acrylic, etc. are used to improve the weather resistance. It is preferable to use a paint system. Furthermore, in the present invention, in addition to the usual -color finish, it is also possible to apply a multi-color finish; in this case, the first applied emulsion paint is wiped off (partially or completely) and a clear finish (lacquer-based paint) is applied. Methods such as reapplying transparent paint are used. Another method, as shown in Fig. 2b, is to spray tiles in multiple layers to laminate the coating films 4, 1, etc., and then partially apply the laminated coating films 4, 4, etc. as appropriate. This is a method of finishing by polishing.

In this case, if the coating films 4, 4'... are formed in advance with different colors, the laminated coating films 4, 4... can be partially polished to expose the underlying coating film. By adopting this method, it is possible to partially reveal the desired color on the wall surface according to the pattern, design, etc., and in combination with emphasizing the three-dimensional effect by polishing C, the wall surface becomes even more beautiful. It is possible to finish it. This construction method, which involves a combination of multilayer spray tile blowing and polishing, is also used as a means to give a beautiful finish to a wall surface. As described above, according to the present invention, after applying a sealer to a wall surface base, a desired lower diagram is drawn on the wall surface coated with the sealer, and a three-dimensional pattern forming paint is applied thickly in a build-up shape along the lower diagram. By making it bulge and then head-cutting it by scraping, pressing, or brush leveling, it is possible to form any three-dimensional pattern on the wall surface, and what is more, if it gets damaged or collapses in a short period of time, it will not be damaged or destroyed. Coupled with the action of the coating film 4 that envelops the three-dimensional pattern forming paint 3, a permanent wall surface with the three-dimensional pattern B formed thereon is completed. Although the wall surface according to the present invention is neither a painting nor a sculpture, a three-dimensional pattern B that combines both of these elements is formed. When compared to patterned walls made with a patterned surface or mosaic tiles attached, it is unmatched in terms of realism, aesthetics, and even artistry (see attached reference photo). Furthermore, in the wall construction method of the present invention, compared to conventional patterned wall construction, the time required for the work process is hardly extended, and there is almost no difference in cost. This has significant economic advantages over the use of mosaic tiles.

In addition, in the wall construction method of the present invention, it is of course possible to perform construction on a constructed wall base, but in addition to this, for example, a three-dimensional pattern is formed in advance on a wall base such as plywood before being constructed, This can be installed on-site, and in this way, mass production can be handled, and in this case, products with almost the same pattern can be produced in large quantities.

In addition, the wall construction method of the present invention can be applied not only to the original wall but also to folding screens,
It can also be applied to transoms, etc., and this also contributes to saving valuable wood resources. As explained above, according to the wall construction method of the present invention, a wall having an unparalleled three-dimensional pattern can be easily and inexpensively produced, and if the wall construction method of the present invention is widely used, When the concrete is exposed, the stark landscape of modern buildings can be decorated with rich artistry, softening people's hearts.
