Looking at the continuous manufacturing process for traditional Japanese tiles, we see that clay chips are put into a kneading machine, kneaded, and then extruded into a single strip-shaped Japanese tile base. They are cut to a certain length, press-molded into the desired shape of the Japanese tile base, stacked in multiple stages on the pallets of a drying cart, and transported to the drying room. After this, the drying cart is removed from the drying room. After going through a series of steps, such as pulling out, hanging one end of the dry tile called Shiroji on the hanging type of the required trolley conveyor, fully glazing it with glaze, loading it on the corresponding glazed tile complete firing trolley, and firing. , mass production and automation are being promoted.

In order to apply glaze to the dried tiles, the dried tiles are suspended on a rack of a trolley conveyor, and the glaze is conveyed from below to above the cascade of glaze that is falling like a waterfall. Then, the surface side of the dried tile is pushed into the flow of the glaze, and the glazed tile is lifted up and transported, similar to a dip coating, and the glazed tile is carried suspended over a long distance, making sure to remove any drippings of glaze. I deal with it by doing things. For this reason, it is customary to apply glaze not only to the entire surface of the tile, but also to the periphery of the back of the tile. Therefore, more glaze than necessary is always wasted, resulting in wastage of expensive glaze. However, after glazing, sufficient dripping must be done, which makes the transportation line needlessly redundant, making it difficult to further reduce the cost of Japanese tiles through mass production. On the other hand, as is well known, the roofing situation with Japanese tiles is as follows:
They are firmly stacked and installed one after the other from one side of the roof to the other, and the roof is finally installed.

The present invention was invented in view of the above-mentioned points.
Alternatively, by stacking the tiles horizontally and vertically and transporting them in series in a roofing-like state, glaze is uniformly spray-painted on the necessary parts of the tile surface in the roofing-like state, and the tiles are The reverse side is heated, and the part where the dried tiles overlap is completely unglazed to minimize waste of glaze.
Achieving efficient glazing processing, *I aim to fully reduce the conveyance line by drying the glazed tiles in a short time, ii) Eliminate unevenness in the firing after firing, and in turn - reduce and improve product costs. The aim is to improve quality by standardizing tile products.

First, a drying cart with dry tiles (a) stacked flat on multiple rows of pallets is sent directly under the support frame (4) at the imaginary line position in FIG. Next, the support frame (4) or the entire support frame (2) located directly above the pallet row is moved down, and a row of dry tiles (X) is suctioned and held by the suction cup (7) at the lower end of the intake pipe (6). , and pull it up. Then, the entire support frame (2) and support frame (4) are reversed around the rotating column (1) in the direction of arrow A, and are moved in the direction of arrow B to move the first stage belt conveyor ( 8) Move it directly above. During or after the reversal, transition, the drive cylinder (8) is operated to move the sliding pieces (5a), (5h), (5
c) is slid toward the fixed piece (5) side, and the dry tiles (X) supported by the individual suction cups (7) are loosely overlapped and fitted together to form a roofing structure. Then, it is lowered onto the first stage belt conveyor (8) and placed thereon. On the first stage belt conveyor (3) that rotates in this way, a large number of dry tiles (X) are stacked one on top of the other in the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) as a set. ) is conveyed continuously in principle in a row of roofing-like construction, or intermittently as necessary. The dried tiles (3), now in a row-like roofing state, are cooled by ventilation through the air curtain (12) at the entrance just before being sent to the next glazing room (9). Cleaned by wiping away dust etc. The dried tile (3) sent into the glazing chamber (9) is coated with the glaze (Y) through two nozzles (11) installed directly above it to form a roofing-like dried tile (X). Spray paint on the exposed surface in a conical, fan-shaped, etc. The glazed tiles (X1) uniformly spray-painted in this way are sent into the drying room (12) in a roofing-like state through the air curtain (12) at the outlet, and a fence is placed just above it. Air supply pipe (
It is dried in a short time by warm air (Z) from 14) and sent out of the drying room (13). The glazed tiles (X2) that have been glazed and dried in this way are transferred to the first stage belt conveyor (3
) and the front end of the second stage belt conveyor (15), the front and rear glazed tiles (
By separating X2) and rotating the second-stage conveyor at a higher speed than the first-stage conveyor (8), the glazed tiles (X2) are individually separated and transported individually. This is lifted up by the auto chucker (16) provided at the end of the second stage belt conveyor (15), and at the same time, the hook (19) of the trolley cosveyor (18) provided directly above it is lifted up.
), the unglazed part of the glazed tile (X2), that is, the sword part (c) side, is sandwiched and supported, and the glazed tile (X2) is transported to a loading process on a firing cart.

As described above, the present invention is a dry tile glazing method that includes various steps such as laminating a large number of dried tiles together to form a roof-like construction state and then glazing the tiles. The glaze is applied evenly and evenly, and while the glaze is applied to the surface of the tile in a roofing-like state, the glaze is not applied to the submerged parts, that is, the overlapping parts, eliminating waste of glaze and saving expensive glaze. Enables reduction of usage. Also,
Spray painting ensures uniform coating on the tile surface.
As a result, it is possible to dry in a short time without any drying spots, which results in uniform baking after baking and improves the slight dripping, which in turn reduces product costs and improves quality. It brings about various effects such as contributing to the improvement of
