The brushing mechanism 23 comprises a brushing slurry moving driving member 231, a brushing slurry driving member 232 and a brushing slurry brush roller 233, the brushing slurry moving driving member 231 is installed on the frame 5, the output end of the brushing slurry moving driving member 231 is fixedly connected with the brushing slurry connecting seat, the brushing slurry driving member 232 is installed on the side portion of the brushing slurry connecting seat, the brushing slurry brush roller 233 is rotatably installed on the brushing slurry connecting seat, and the brushing slurry brush roller 233 is connected with the output end of the brushing slurry driving member 232. Wherein, the brush roller 233 is parallel to the transfer path of the carrier mechanism 21, and the central axis of the brush roller 233 is perpendicular to the transfer direction of the carrier mechanism 21. The slurry moving driving member 231 drives the slurry connecting seat to move along the direction perpendicular to the moving path of the carrying mechanism 21, the slurry driving member 232 and the slurry brush roller 233 move along with the slurry connecting seat, the slurry driving member 232 drives the slurry brush roller 233 to rotate, and the slurry brush roller 233 acts on the stained paper on the carrying mechanism 21. Referring to fig. 7, the carrying platform 212 moves from the paper feeding device 1 to the direction of the paper hanging device 3, the slurry moving driving member 231 drives the slurry brush roller 233 to move toward the carrying platform 212 and makes the slurry brush roller 233 contact with the carrying platform 212, the slurry brush roller 233 acts on the stained paper on the carrying platform 212, the slurry driving member 232 drives the slurry brush roller 233 to rotate, and the rotation direction of the slurry brush roller 233 is opposite to the moving direction of the carrying platform 212 at the contact position of the slurry brush roller 233 and the carrying platform 212.
The number of the slurry brushing mechanisms 23 is one or more, and the plurality of slurry brushing mechanisms 23 are arranged side by side along the transfer path of the carrying mechanism 21. In this embodiment, two sets of slurry brushing mechanisms 23 are adopted, and the two sets of slurry brushing mechanisms 23 are arranged side by side along the transfer path of the carrying mechanism 21. Preferably, the brushing apparatus 2 further comprises a flattening mechanism 24, which is disposed adjacent to the docking structure 122.
The paving mechanism 24 includes a paving movement driving member 241, two paving driving members 242, and two paving brush rollers 243, and the paving brush rollers 243 correspond to the paving driving members 242 one by one. The paving movable driving element 241 is arranged on the frame 5, the output end of the paving movable driving element 241 is fixedly connected with a paving connecting seat, the two paving driving elements 242 are respectively arranged on two ends of the paving connecting seat, and the paving brush rollers 243 are respectively and fixedly connected with the output ends of the corresponding paving driving elements 242. Wherein, the two paving brush rollers 243 are symmetrically arranged, and the central axes of the two paving brush rollers 243 are on the same horizontal plane; the two paving brush rollers 243 form an included angle which is an acute angle, a right angle, an obtuse angle or a straight angle, and the opening of the included angle faces the paper hanging device 3. The included angle in this embodiment is an obtuse angle.
The paving and moving driving piece 241 drives the paving and connecting seat to move along the direction vertical to the transferring path of the carrying mechanism 21, the paving and driving piece 242 and the paving brush roller 243 move along with the paving and connecting seat, the paving and driving piece 242 drives the paving brush roller 243 to rotate, and the paving brush roller 243 acts on the stained paper on the carrying mechanism 21. Referring to fig. 8, the carrying platform 212 moves from the paper feeding device 1 to the direction of the paper hanging device 3, the paving driving member 242 drives the paving brush roller 243 to move towards the carrying platform 212, the paving brush roller 243 is connected with the carrying platform 212, the paving brush roller 243 acts on the stained paper on the carrying platform 212, the paving driving member 242 drives the paving brush roller 243 to rotate, and the rotating direction of the paving brush roller 243 forms an obtuse angle with the moving direction of the carrying platform 212 at the connecting position of the paving brush roller 243 and the carrying platform 212. Preferably, the paving mechanism 24 further includes a paving brush strip 244, the paving brush strip 244 is connected to the paving connecting seat, and the paving brush strip 244 is disposed near an intersection point of central axes of the two paving brush rollers 243. The paving brush strips 244 move along with the paving connecting seats, and the paving brush strips 244 act on the stained paper on the carrying mechanism 21.
Referring to fig. 1-2 and 9-11, the paper hanging device 3 includes a paper hanging mechanism 31 and a clip conveying mechanism 32, the paper hanging mechanism 31 is disposed on the transfer path of the carrying mechanism 21, the clip conveying mechanism 32 is disposed on the transfer path of the paper hanging mechanism 31, the clip conveying mechanism 32 conveys the hanging clip 6 to the paper hanging mechanism 31, the paper hanging mechanism 31 receives the hanging clip 6 and drives the hanging clip 6 to clip the stained paper on the carrying mechanism 21, and the paper hanging mechanism 31 conveys the hanging clip 6 with the stained paper clamped. Referring to fig. 12, the hanging clip 6 has a hanging part 61, a first suction part 62, a clip part 63, and a second suction part 64, and the first suction part 62 is disposed opposite to the second suction part 64.
The paper hanging mechanism 31 includes a paper clamping structure 311 and a moving and hanging structure 312, and the paper clamping structure 311 and the moving and hanging structure 312 are disposed opposite to each other. The paper clamping structure 311 is arranged on the transfer path of the carrying mechanism 21, the transferring and hanging structure 312 is arranged on the transfer path of the paper clamping structure 311, the paper clamping structure 311 receives the hanging clip 6 conveyed by the conveying and clamping mechanism 32 and drives the hanging clip 6 to clamp the stained paper on the carrying mechanism 21, and the transferring and hanging structure 312 receives and transfers the hanging clip 6 clamped with the stained paper on the paper clamping structure 311.
The paper clipping structure 311 includes a paper clipping moving driving member 3111, a paper clipping moving transmission assembly, a paper clipping turning driving member 3112, a paper clipping opening driving member 3113 and a paper clipping taking member 3114. Paper clamping movement driving part 3111 drives paper clamping movement transmission assembly to drive paper clamping movement seat to move along the direction of the transfer path perpendicular to carrying mechanism 21, paper clamping turnover driving part 3112 moves along with paper clamping movement seat, paper clamping turnover driving part 3112 drives paper clamping turnover seat to turn over, paper clamping taking clamp 3114 and paper clamping opening clamp driving part 3113 turn over along with paper clamping turnover seat, paper clamping taking clamp 3114 is driven by paper clamping taking clamp driving part, paper clamping taking clamp 3114 acts on first suction part 62 of hanging clamp 6, and the output end of paper clamping opening clamp driving part 3113 acts on clamp 63 of hanging clamp 6.
The hanging structure 312 includes a first driving member 3121, a second driving member 3122 and a hanging clip 3123, the first driving member 3121 is mounted on the rack 5, the second driving member 3122 is connected to the output end of the first driving member 3121 through a hanging transmission assembly, and the hanging clip 3123 is connected to the output end of the second driving member 3122.
The first moving and hanging driving component 3121 drives the second moving and hanging driving component 3122 to approach the paper clipping structure 311 or the drying device 4, the second moving and hanging driving component 3122 drives the moving and hanging clamping piece 3123 to approach/depart from the paper clipping structure 311, the moving and hanging clamping piece 3123 is driven by the moving and hanging clamping driving component, and the moving and hanging clamping piece 3123 acts on the second suction portion 64 of the hanging clamp 6.
The clip feeding mechanism 32 includes a clip discharging structure 321 and a clip moving structure 322, the clip discharging structure 321 is disposed on the transfer path of the clip moving structure 322, and the clip moving structure 322 is disposed on the transfer path of the paper clipping structure 311. The clip-out mechanism 321 outputs the hanging clip 6, and the clip-moving mechanism 322 receives the hanging clip 6 and moves the hanging clip 6 to the paper-clipping mechanism 311.
The clip discharging structure 321 includes a clip storing bin 3211, a bin opening and closing member 3212, a bin opening and closing driving member 3213, a clip discharging moving driving member 3214, a clip receiving driving assembly 3215, and a clip receiving supporting member 3216. The storing and clamping bin 3211 is disposed on the rack 5, the storing and clamping bin 3211 has at least one outlet 32111, and the storing and clamping bin 3211 in this embodiment has four outlets 32111. Each clip outlet 32111 is matched with at least two bin switches 3212, the bin switches 3212 are movably disposed on the rack 5, and the bin switches 3212 are used for shielding the clip outlet 32111. The outlet clamp moving driving piece 3214 is installed on the rack 5, the output end of the outlet clamp moving driving piece 3214 is connected with the input end of the outlet clamp moving transmission component, the output end of the outlet clamp moving transmission component is connected with the outlet clamp moving seat, the outlet clamp connecting clamp driving component 3215 and the bin opening and closing driving piece 3213 are both installed on the outlet clamp moving seat, and the outlet clamp connecting clamp supporting piece 3216 is connected to the output end of the outlet clamp connecting clamp driving component 3215.
The outlet clamp moving driving member 3214 drives the outlet clamp moving base to move in the horizontal direction to be close to the storage clamp bin 3211 or the moving clamp structure 322, the outlet clamp driving member 3215 drives the outlet clamp supporting member 3216 to move in the vertical direction to be close to/far from one of the outlet clamp ports 32111, the outlet clamp supporting member 3216 supports the hanging clamp 6, and the bin opening/closing driving member 3213 drives the bin opening/closing member 3212 to open the outlet clamp port 32111.
The moving clamp structure 322 includes a first moving driving element 3221, a second moving driving element 3223, a clamping element 3224 and a clamping driving element 3225, the first moving driving element 3221 and the second moving driving element 3223 are disposed on the frame 5, the clamping moving supporting element 3222 is connected to an output end of the first moving driving element through a first moving transmission assembly, the clamping driving element 3225 is connected to an output end of the second moving driving element through a second moving transmission assembly, and the clamping element 3224 is connected to an output end of the clamping driving element 3225.
The moving stroke of the moving clamp moving supporting piece 3222 is intersected with the moving stroke of the clamp-out clamping supporting piece 3216 and the moving stroke of the moving clamp piece 3224, and the moving stroke of the moving clamp piece 3224 is intersected with the moving stroke of the paper clamping taking piece 3114. The first moving clamp driving element 3221 drives the first moving clamp driving element to drive the moving clamp moving support element 3222 to move in the vertical direction so as to approach the clamping clamp support element 3216 or the clamping moving clamp element 3224; the second moving driving member 3223 drives the second moving transmission assembly to move the moving clamp driving member 3225 in the horizontal direction to approach the moving clamp moving support member 3222 or the paper clamping member 3114, and the moving clamp driving member 3225 drives the moving clamp member 3224 to clamp/release the hanging clamp 6.
The drying device 4 comprises a running mechanism 41 and a drying mechanism 42, the running mechanism 41 is arranged on the transfer path of the paper hanging mechanism 31, the drying mechanism 42 is arranged on the transfer path of the running mechanism 41, the running mechanism 41 is provided with a plurality of hooks, and the running mechanism 41 receives and transfers the hanging clips 6 which are transferred by the paper hanging mechanism 31 and are used for clamping stained paper. The drying mechanism 42 in this embodiment is a conventional vertical drying oven.
The automatic stained paper pulp brushing machine has the following working process:
the paper storage moving driving member 112 drives the paper storage bin 111 to move upwards, and when the paper storage bin 111 moves to the moving stroke of the paper moving and taking member 1213, the paper loosening fan 113 is started and blows to the paper storage bin 111 to loosen the stained paper in the paper storage bin 111.
The paper taking moving driving member 1211 drives the paper moving connecting seat to move to the upper part of the paper storage bin 111, the paper taking shaking driving member 1212 moves along with the paper moving connecting seat, and the paper taking shaking driving member 1212 drives the paper moving and taking member 1213 to move downwards, so that the suction end of the paper moving and taking member 1213 is in contact with the stained paper in the paper storage bin 111; after the paper transferring and fetching driving member drives the paper transferring and fetching member 1213 to fetch the stained paper, the paper storing and moving driving member 112 drives the paper storing and fetching bin 111 to move down, and the paper fetching shaking driving member 1212 drives the paper transferring and fetching member 1213 to move up and down, so that the excess stained paper on the paper transferring and fetching member 1213 is shaken to fall into the paper storing and fetching bin 111.
The paper-fetching moving driving member 1211 drives the paper-transferring connecting seat to move above the butt-joint bearing platform 1221, the paper-fetching shaking driving member 1212 moves with the paper-transferring connecting seat, the paper-transferring paper-fetching member 1213 moves with the paper-fetching shaking driving member 1212, the paper-transferring paper-fetching driving member drives the paper-transferring paper-fetching member 1213 to release the stained paper, so that the stained paper falls on the butt-joint bearing platform 1221, the butt-joint paper-sucking driving member drives the butt-joint paper-sucking member 1223 to suck air, and the butt-joint paper-sucking member 1223 sucks the stained paper.
The carrying driving member 211 drives the carrying platform 212 to move towards the direction of the docking structure 122, so that the carrying platform 212 moves to the lower part of the docking carrying platform 1221, during the moving process, the slurry pump 222 conveys the slurry in the slurry container 221 to the slurry spraying pipe 223, and the slurry in the slurry spraying pipe 223 is sprayed onto the surface of the carrying platform 212.
The carrying clamping driving member 2134 drives the carrying clamping driving plate 2133 to drive the carrying clamping movable plate 2132 to turn over, so that the carrying clamping movable plate 2132 leaves the carrying clamping fixed plate 2131; the butt joint and turning driving member 1222 drives the butt joint paper sucking member 1223 to turn, the end portion of the stained paper sucked by the butt joint paper sucking member 1223 turns along with the butt joint paper sucking member 1223, so that the end portion of the stained paper extends between the clamping movable plate and the carrying clamping fixed plate 2131, and the carrying clamping driving member 2134 drives the carrying clamping driving plate 2133 to drive the carrying clamping movable plate 2132 to turn, so that the carrying clamping movable plate 2132 and the carrying clamping fixed plate 2131 clamp the end portion of the stained paper.
The carrying driving member 211 drives the carrying platform 212 to move towards the paper hanging device 3, the carrying platform 212 drives the stained paper held by the carrying holding assembly 213 to move, during the moving process, the slurry pump 222 conveys the slurry in the slurry container 221 to the slurry spraying pipe 223, and the slurry in the slurry spraying pipe 223 is sprayed on the surface of the stained paper on the carrying platform 212; in addition, in the moving process, the butt joint paper suction driving piece drives the butt joint paper suction piece 1223 to continuously suck air, so that the butt joint paper suction piece 1223 keeps a certain tension on the stained paper, and the wrinkling of the stained paper when the stained paper is taken away by the carrying platform 212 can be prevented.
In the process that the carrying platform 212 drives the stained paper clamped by the carrying clamping assembly 213 to move, the brushing slurry moving driving member 231 drives the brushing slurry driving member 232 and the brushing slurry brush roller 233 to move downwards, and the paving moving driving member 241 drives the paving driving member 242, the paving brush roller 243 and the paving brush strip 244 to move downwards, so that the brushing slurry brush roller 233, the paving brush roller 243 and the paving brush strip 244 act on the stained paper on the carrying platform 212.
The brushing slurry driving member 232 drives the brushing slurry brush roller 233 to rotate, the brushing slurry brush roller 233 presses moisture of the stained paper on the carrying platform 212, the paving driving member 242 drives the paving brush roller 243 to rotate, the paving brush roller 243 pushes the stained paper to two sides, and the paving brush strip 244 moves the middle of the stained paper back to prevent the stained paper on the carrying platform 212 from wrinkling.
The moving driving member 3214 drives the moving seat to move to a position below one of the outlet ports 32111 of the storage and clamping bin 3211, the driving member 3215 and the driving member 3216 move along with the moving seat, the driving member 3215 drives the driving member 3216 to move upward to approach the outlet port 32111 and to be abutted against the outlet port 32111, the driving member 3213 drives the corresponding bin opening and closing member 3212 to open the outlet port 32111, the hanging clip 6 falls to the outlet clip supporting member 3216 through the open outlet port 32111, and the driving member 3215 drives the outlet clip supporting member 3216 to move downward by a height of the outlet clip supporting member 3216, and then the driving member 3213 drives the corresponding bin opening and closing member 3212 to shield the outlet port 32111.
The first moving clamp driving element 3221 drives the moving clamp moving support 3222 to move down to the end of the stroke, the clamp outgoing clamp driving element 3215 drives the clamp outgoing clamp support 3216 with the hanging clamp 6 to move down, then the clamp outgoing moving driving element 3214 drives the clamp outgoing moving seat to move to the position above the moving clamp moving support 3222, and the clamp outgoing clamp driving element 3215 and the clamp outgoing clamp support 3216 with the hanging clamp 6 move along with the clamp outgoing moving seat.
The first moving driving element 3221 drives the moving clamp moving supporting element 3222 to move upwards, the moving clamp moving supporting element 3222 jacks up the hanging clamp 6 on the clamping clamp supporting element 3216 and supports the hanging clamp 6, the moving clamp moving supporting element 3222 drives the hanging clamp 6 to move to the moving stroke of the moving clamp clamping element 3224, and the moving clamp second moving driving element 3223 drives the moving clamp clamping driving element 3225 to move to the moving clamp moving supporting element 3222; the moving clamp driving element 3225 drives the moving clamp clamping element 3224 to clamp the hanging clamp 6 on the moving support element 3222, the second moving clamp driving element 3223 drives the moving clamp driving element 3225 to move to a position below the moving clamp paper taking element 3114, and the moving clamp clamping element 3224 clamping the hanging clamp 6 moves along with the moving clamp driving element 3225.
The paper clamping moving driving part 3111 drives the paper clamping moving seat to move downwards, the paper clamping overturning driving part 3112 moves along with the paper clamping moving seat, the paper clamping and taking clamp 3114 and the paper clamping and opening driving part 3113 move along with the paper clamping overturning seat, so that the suction end of the paper clamping and taking clamp 3114 is in contact with the first suction part 62 of the hanging clamp 6, the paper clamping and taking driving part drives the paper clamping and taking clamp 3114 to keep sucking the first suction part 62 of the hanging clamp 6, and the moving clamp clamping driving part 3225 drives the moving clamp 3224 to release the hanging clamp 6; the driving member 3111 continues to drive the paper holder moving seat to move down to the moving path of the carrying platform 212, and the driving member 3112 moves along with the paper holder moving seat, and sucks the paper holder 3114 and the driving member 3113 of the hanging clip 6 to move along with the paper holder turning seat.
The carrying driving member 211 drives the stained paper clamped by the carrying platform 212 and the carrying clamping assembly 213 to move, so that the carrying clamping assembly 213 is opposite to the paper clamping and fetching clamp 3114; the output end of the driving part 3113 acts on the clipping part 63 of the hanging clip 6 and opens the clipping part 63 of the hanging clip 6, the driving part 2134 drives the driving plate 2133 to drive the movable plate 2132 to turn, so that the movable plate 2132 separates from the fixed plate 2131 and no longer clips the end of the stained paper, the end of the stained paper extends into the clipping part 63 of the hanging clip 6, the driving part 3113 no longer acts on the clipping part 63 of the hanging clip 6, and the clipping part 63 of the hanging clip 6 is closed and clips the end of the stained paper.

The first moving and hanging driving member 3121 drives the second moving and hanging driving member 3122 to move to a position opposite to the hanging clip 6 on the paper clamping and taking clip 3114, the second moving and hanging clip 3123 moves along with the second moving and hanging driving member 3122, the second moving and hanging driving member 3122 drives the moving and hanging clip 3123 to approach the paper clamping and taking clip 3114, a suction portion of the moving and hanging clip 3123 is made to contact with the second suction portion 64 of the hanging clip 6, and after the second moving and hanging clip driving member drives the moving and hanging clip 3123 to suck the second suction portion 64 of the hanging clip 6, the paper clamping and taking driving member drives the paper clamping and taking clip 3114 to release the first suction portion 62 of the hanging clip 6; the second transferring and hanging driving member 3122 drives the transferring and hanging clamping piece 3123 to be away from the paper clamping and taking clamping piece 3114, the first transferring and hanging driving member 3121 drives the second transferring and hanging driving member 3122 to move to the conveying path of the operation mechanism 41, and the transferring and hanging clamping piece 3123 which sucks the hanging clamp 6 with the stained paper moves along with the second transferring and hanging driving member 3122; after the operation mechanism 41 operates, the hook on the operation mechanism 41 hooks the hanging part 61 of the hanging clip 6 on the moving hanging clip 3123, the moving hanging clip driving part drives the moving hanging clip 3123 to release the second suction part 64 of the hanging clip 6, the operation mechanism 41 operates to drive the hanging clip 6 with the stained paper to move, and the drying mechanism 42 dries the stained paper.
After the above-mentioned process is accomplished, the driving piece return of device continues to process next stained paper.
In conclusion, the automatic stained paper pulp brushing machine outputs a single piece of stained paper to the pulp brushing device through the paper feeding device, the pulp brushing device receives the stained paper output by the paper feeding device and brushes the stained paper, the brushed stained paper is conveyed to the paper hanging device through the pulp brushing device, the paper hanging device receives the brushed stained paper conveyed by the pulp brushing device and hangs the brushed stained paper through the hanging clamps, the hanging clamps clamping the stained paper are conveyed to the drying device through the paper hanging device, the drying device receives the hanging clamps clamping the stained paper and dries the stained paper, the pulp brushing device sprays slurry on the stained paper on the carrying mechanism and the carrying mechanism in a spraying mode, the pulp is sufficiently fed, the stained paper on the carrying mechanism is rolled through the pulp brushing mechanism, manual operation is simulated, the pulp brushing is uniform, and the permeation effect is good.
