Description

[Detailed explanation of the idea] The present invention relates to a scaffold plate joint structure suitable for the shipbuilding field.

2. Description of the Related Art In the field of shipbuilding, scaffolding for work is usually erected along the hull blocks when they are transported, loaded, and joined on a ship's platform or in a dock.

Although there are various types of such scaffolding structures, the scaffolding structure shown in FIG. 1 is conventionally common.

In this scaffolding structure, a scaffolding piece 2 is welded to the hull block 1 itself, and a support arm 3 is fixed to this scaffolding piece 2 by bolt/nut means 4.

A safety fence stanchion 5 is fixed to the tip of the support arm 3 by bolt/nut means 6, and a scaffold board 7 is secured with wires 8 or the like with its ends overlapped on the support arm 3.

A handrail (not shown) is attached to the stanchion 5.

According to a scaffold in which the scaffold boards 7 are secured onto the support arm 3 with their ends overlapped in this way, there is a high risk of a fall due to the movement when a worker walks on it, so extreme care must be taken. This is disadvantageous in terms of workability.

Furthermore, among the scaffolding pieces 2 welded to the hull block 1 itself, those welded to locations that interfere with the functionality of the ship must be removed, and the surface of the hull block 1 must be shaped.

Therefore, in order to reduce the number of scaffolding pieces 2 and to save on scaffolding materials, the intervals between the scaffolding pieces 2 are generally widened.

Therefore, the length of the scaffolding board 7, which can overlap the ends with sufficient margin on the support arm 3, has to be long (usually about 6 m), and the weight is heavy (30 m is made of aluminum alloy).
The work of erecting and removing the scaffolding boards 7 (approximately 100 kg) required heavy labor and took a long time.

Furthermore, such a conventional scaffolding structure does not look neat, especially due to the overlapping of the scaffolding boards 7, giving a sense of uneasiness.

This scaffold board support member 10 has a structure in which a round bar-shaped crosspiece member 10B is passed horizontally between a pair of vertical frame members 10A oriented in the direction of the scaffold board and welded. Similarly, two scaffolding board support members 10 are shown juxtaposed and secured to each other by bolt nut means 11 to provide two rows of scaffolding boards.

As shown in FIG. 3, the scaffolding board support member 10 has each adjacent end of the scaffolding board 7 supported on the crosspiece member 10B in a state where it is sandwiched between the vertical frame members 10A over approximately half the length. They are placed so that they are placed in the same direction as shown in FIG.

Of course, instead of the wire 8, suitable fixing means such as bolts and nuts can also be used.

According to the scaffold board joint structure of the present invention described above, the ends of the scaffold boards are fixed without overlapping, which not only completely eliminates the problem of steel plates due to steps, but also provides a clean and secure appearance. It will give you a feeling.

Furthermore, since there are no overlapping parts, it becomes possible to use short scaffolding boards of, for example, about 4 m, which greatly improves work efficiency due to the weight reduction.
