【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、水槽の底部裏面に絶縁板を介して圧電素子を
接着し、自励発振回路により駆動し、屈曲振動モードを
利用して31〜60 KHzの超音波を液中に放射し超
音波洗浄を行う超音波洗浄器に・関するもので、圧電素
子と絶縁板の接着構造の改良により信頼性の高い超音波
洗浄器を提供することを目的とする。
