機構7、ガイド部材8はそれぞれ2つずつ設けられてお
り、プラテン1を回動支持する本体10に、上記プラテ
ン1と平行になるように取付けられたシャフト11゜1

孔を係合させる。次に圧接ローラ5,6を上記用紙4を
介してプラテン1に圧接させる。このようにして印字ヘ
ッド2を水平移動させて用紙4上に印字を行なうが、1
行分の印字が終了する毎にプラテン1及び移送機構7が
同期して作動され、用紙4が移送されて次の印字行がヘ
ッド2に対向した位置に送られる。この動作が繰返され
て印字が進められる。次に印字用紙を用いた場合は、第
2図、第3図に示すように、2つのガイド部材8を互い
に摺動させてその間隔が使用する単票用紙9の幅に一致
するように調整した後、該単票用紙9を、特にその両側
縁部分がガイド部材8によりガイドされるように移送機
構7とガイド部材8間に挿入し、プラテン1に上記用紙
9を巻付けた後、圧接ローラ5゜6を上記用紙9を介し

いるので、帯状用紙と同様な高品質の印字を行なうこと
ができ、しかも上記単票用紙のガイド機構は帯状用紙移
送機F14にガイド部材を組付けるだけの至って簡単な
