Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable an oil scratcher plate to be slidably contacted with the lower surface of the thrust collar even if the supporting column is inclined in a counter-rotational direction by a method wherein the supporting groove at the upper part of the supporting column of the coil scratcher plate is formed having a wide up-faced V-form. CONSTITUTION:The upper part of the supporting column 31 is provided with a V-shaped supporting groove 31a having an upper side portion. An opening degree of the supporting groove 31a is set such a degree as one in which the oil scratcher plate 14 is not inclined in a counter-rotational direction in view of the accuracy of machining of the supporting groove 31a to be expected or fixing and machining errors of the supporting column 31 for the fixing plate. Further, the bottom part of the supporting groove 31a is provided with a hole for spring 31b, the compression spring 15 is set in the hole and thereby the oil scratcher plate 14 is pushed up to enable a pushing-up and sliding of the oil scratcher plate 14 against the lower surface of the thrust collar 3.

The oil scrubbing device (10) is constructed as shown in a perspective view in FIG. (11) is a mounting plate with multiple support columns (12
) is fixed, and it is attached to the pedestal (7) by means of pol) (13). A support groove (12a) is provided in the upper part of each support column (12) in the radial direction, and a spring hole (x2b) is bored at the bottom of the groove. (14) is passed through each support groove (12a) and comes into pressure contact with the lower surface of the cis last collar (3) by a compression spring (15) inserted in the spring hole (12b), and the oil is moved. The scraper plate (16) is a support bottle that is fixed to the support column (12), penetrates through the oil scraper plate (14), supports the oil scraper plate (14) in a vertically movable manner, and prevents it from being pulled out.

The action of the above-mentioned oil scrubbing device is as follows. Rotating axis (2
) rotates and the thrust collar (3) rotates together,
The lubricating oil (8) forms an oil film between each thrust pad (4) and flows in the direction of arrow A along the lower surface of the thrust collar (3), as shown in FIG. The lubricating oil (8) that lubricates this bearing surface and comes out at the end of the thrust pad (4) when it becomes high temperature is caught by the oil scraper plate (14) and moved downward to the front end of the next thrust pad (4). On the side, a lubrication oil (8) is formed between the low-temperature collar (3) and each thrust pad (4), and the heated lubricating oil (8) is passed through the oil scraper plate (14) to the thrust collar. (3) The scrape is scraped off from the bottom side and guided downward to reduce the temperature rise of the thrust bearing.

In the conventional device (20) described above, the support groove (21a) may be inclined in the opposite direction to the rotational direction due to processing accuracy. Further, depending on how the support column (12) is welded to the mounting plate (11), the support column (12) may not be vertical but may be inclined in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation.

In this way, when the support column (12) is installed at an angle,
As shown in FIG. 4, inconveniences arise. Support column (12)
is tilted in the opposite direction to the rotation direction arrow A of the stripe collar (3), the oil scraper plate (14) is supported tilted,
The upper end surface is inclined with the opposite rotation direction side open to the lower surface of the thrust collar (3). An oil film is formed on the bearing surface of the thrust nozzle (4), flows along the lower surface of the thrust collar (3), and the high temperature lubricating oil (8) comes out at the end of the thrust nozzle (4).
) is drawn into the open slope of the upper end surface of the oil-scraped plate (14), creating oil film pressure, which pushes down the oil-scraped plate (14) and fills the gap between it and the bottom surface of the thrust collar (3). street,
The next thrust enters the rad (4) from the front end, forming an oil film and flowing. In this way, in the conventional oil scraping device (20), the oil scraping plate (14) is supported in a state tilted in the counter-rotation direction. If the lubricating oil (8) forms an oil film and comes out from the end of the thrust nozzle (4), a part of the hot lubricating oil (8) pushes down the oil scraper plate (14) and touches the top surface of the next thrust nozzle (4). This phenomenon is repeated and the bearing temperature gradually rises, eventually leading to an abnormal temperature rise.

In this invention, the support groove at the upper part of the support column is formed in a square shape with a wide upper part, so that even if the support column is tilted in the counter-rotation direction, the oil scraper plate does not come into sliding contact with the lower surface of the strip collar. It is an object of the present invention to provide an oil scraping device for a thrust bearing that is tilted in the direction of rotation and can reliably remove high-temperature oil from the lower ml side of a thrust collar without creating a gap.

FIG. 5 is a side cross-sectional view showing the main parts of a thrust bearing oil scrubbing device according to an embodiment of the present invention. Although the oil has been cleaned, the figure shows the case where it is tilted in the counter-rotation direction due to a machining error. A V-shaped support groove (31a) with a wide upper part is provided in the upper part of the support column (31). When attaching to the plate (n), take care of machining errors, etc., and use an oil-scraped plate (1
4) should be large enough to prevent it from tilting in the counter-rotational direction. A spring hole (31b) is provided at the bottom of the support groove (31a), into which a compression spring (15) is inserted.
(14) is pressed against the lower surface of the thrust collar (3) and moved.

In the apparatus of the above embodiment, as the thrust collar (2) rotates in the direction of arrow A, the oil scraper plate (14) pressing against the thrust collar (2) tilts in the direction of rotation as shown in the figure.

As a result, the upper end surface of the oil scraper plate (14) is inclined with the front end closed and the rear end open. An oil film is formed on the bearing surface of the front thrust pad (4), and the high temperature lubricating oil (8) that comes out from the rear end of the thrust pad (4) along the lower surface of the thrust collar (3) is transferred to the oil scraper plate ( 14), it is guided downward and reliably eliminated.

As described above, according to the present invention, the support groove at the upper part of the support column is formed in a V shape with a wide upper part, and the oil-scraped plate is tilted in the direction of rotation. Even if the oil scrubbing plate is provided tilted in the rotational direction, the oil scraper plate is not tilted in the counterrotation direction, the high temperature lubricating oil along the thrust pad is reliably removed, and an abnormal temperature rise in the oil pan is prevented.
