その1つの方法として本発明者は既に、いわゆる水溶紙
に図柄を印刷してこれをモルタル等に印刷面を面して貼
付し、硬化後に水で水溶成分を水洗除去する印刷美装法
をあみ出したのであるが、水洗工程は大量の水を要し、
かつ大量の廃棄物を生ずるのみでなく、図柄を損傷し易
く、生産性が悪いという難点があつた。本発明はこれを
解決し、低コストで美麗な不燃建材類の量産や、現場に
おける建造物の印刷美装を可能にしようとするものであ
る。すなわち本発明はかかる水性硬化素材の多くがアル
カリ塩を含むことに着目したもので、これを実施例と共
に述べれば、真水には不溶であるが濃度2〜5%のか性
ソーダ水溶液、又はアンモニア水のように、アルカリ性
水溶液の中で容易に分散溶解する特殊耐水紙(商品名デ
イゾルボAK、三島製紙に、に製)に図柄を印刷し、こ
れを型枠内に充填し、或いは所定基材に塗着した白色モ
ルタル類、その他適量のアルカリ塩を含む含水硬化素材
の表面に印刷面を面して貼付し、該硬化素材が硬化して
後、必要に応じ付着せる該貼付紙の上より水を塗布して
付着、滲透させ、しかる後、この紙を剥離するものであ
る。

The printed surface is pasted onto the surface of a coated white mortar or other water-containing hardening material containing an appropriate amount of alkali salt, and after the hardening material has hardened, water is applied over the pasted paper, which is attached as needed.
