この発明はセメントモルタル、その他アルカリ塩を含む

その1つの方法として本発明者は既に、いわゆる水溶紙
に図柄を印刷してこれをモルタル等に印刷面を面して貼
付し、硬化後に水で水溶成分を水洗除去する印刷美装法
をあみ出したのであるが、水洗工程は大量の水を要し、
かつ大量の廃棄物を生ずるのみでなく、図柄を損傷し易
く、生産性が悪いという難点があつた。本発明はこれを
解決し、低コストで美麗な不燃建材類の量産や、現場に
おける建造物の印刷美装を可能にしようとするものであ
る。すなわち本発明はかかる水性硬化素材の多くがアル
カリ塩を含むことに着目したもので、これを実施例と共
に述べれば、真水には不溶であるが濃度2〜5%のか性
ソーダ水溶液、又はアンモニア水のように、アルカリ性
水溶液の中で容易に分散溶解する特殊耐水紙(商品名デ
イゾルボAK、三島製紙に、に製)に図柄を印刷し、こ
れを型枠内に充填し、或いは所定基材に塗着した白色モ
ルタル類、その他適量のアルカリ塩を含む含水硬化素材
の表面に印刷面を面して貼付し、該硬化素材が硬化して
後、必要に応じ付着せる該貼付紙の上より水を塗布して
付着、滲透させ、しかる後、この紙を剥離するものであ

A design is printed on a special waterproof paper (product name: Deizorbo AK, manufactured by Mishima Paper Industries) that is easily dispersed and dissolved in an alkaline aqueous solution, and then filled into a mold or placed on a specified base material. The printed surface is pasted onto the surface of a coated white mortar or other water-containing hardening material containing an appropriate amount of alkali salt, and after the hardening material has hardened, water is applied over the pasted paper, which is attached as needed. The paper is applied, adhered and permeated, and then the paper is peeled off.
