内側スば一すと外側スペーサの少くとも1方のスペーサ
の両端面部に、上記円盤状基板の周縁部が嵌合する段部
を、該段部の上下端が該内基板の上下面より突出してい
るように形成したことを特徴とするエアサンドインチ型
